the lift to access the 2nd-floor living room with the completion of a waiver



\- NOTE: This property runs on a septic system. Nothing other than toilet

paper can be flushed



\- NOTE: Guests are responsible for the safety of their children at all times



\- NOTE: Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM



\- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security

cameras: 1 camera is part of a Ring doorbell device facing the front entrance,

1 camera is located on the corner of the home facing the street, and 1 camera

is located on the back of the home facing the boat lift. The cameras are

outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras are activated

by motion and will record video and sound while guests are in residence
