Intieme hut buiten de gebaande paden

Minuten van de Kingsley Club en toch slechts 14 mijl van het centrum van Traverse City!

Vanaf de overdekte veranda, voorbij de vuurplaats, loop de trap af naar historische spoorbanen die hun majestueuze schoonheid behouden. Ga dan verder het houten afgebroken pad af naar 100 ft van de Boardman River in Noord-Michigan, een stroom van blauw lintforel!

De cabine kan comfortabel slapen vier. De ene slaapkamer biedt plaats aan twee met het tweepersoonsbed. Ook op ware grootte futon, en dubbele slaapbank. Het hok is ruim en kan worden opgevoerd voor onze gasten met een kingsize matras of twee aparte matrassen. In totaal zijn er maximaal zes gasten welkom. De prijs per dag is voor vier gasten. Elke extra gast krijgt een extra vergoeding per dag.

De nabijgelegen avonturen die wachten zijn: sneeuwschoenen, skiën, (cross country en downhill), kajakken, paardrijden, jagen, vissen, wandelen, golfen, lef, wijnmakerijen en kleurentours.

Of men nu van de rust van de hut wil genieten of geïntrigeerd is door de energie van de rivier ... herinneringen zullen voor altijd gegrift blijven.

Cozy Cabin

The owners of this property are amazing! From the moment I booked, Jodi was in touch with me. She gave me many recommendations and was very responsive! The property is well maintained and I love the trails and quick walk down to the river. My only caution is to make sure that you have a truck or vehicle with 4 wheel drive, it had previously rained and there was a lot of water/mud in the dirt road on the way to the cabin and it would be difficult to do without that. We truly had a great stay and would recommend to anyone wanting a quiet getaway that is still a quick drive to Traverse City.

Beautiful stay!

The cabin was absolutely lovely and exactly as described in the listing. It’s a charming little gem, and it’s clear the owners put a lot of care into making the stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Communication with the owner was excellent. The location was perfect — close enough to Traverse City for convenience, yet far enough to enjoy peace and solitude. I couldn’t recommend this listing more highly!

This place was fantastic! My wife and I went to TC for her birthday and to do some snowmobiling. This place was far enough removed from town but close enough to spend some time on Saturday and Sunday in TC. We really appreciated the details put into the cabin.

This was the perfect place to just get away from the hustle and bustle. You feel like you’re so far away from everything, but you’re not. Traverse City is a quick drive to hit shopping, dinner or wine sampling. We will definitely be back. This has everything you need. Pack a cooler and a bag and go relax. Super clean and comfy.

River Tracks Cabin is adorable!

My husband and I really enjoyed our long weekend at the cabin. The location feels very secluded, but is still close to everything. The trek down to the river dock and the cute nature trails were such fun features.

Perfect vacation!

We absolutely loved this property. My main concern when vacationing in Michigan with children is being close to water but not right on the water. The river is down a stairway then down a pathway, definitely far enough away for safe distance for kids. The cabin was perfect as well. Like everyone else said, the outside shower is great for sandy kids feet and being so close to Lake Michigan. I loved how it had everything we needed. Even a handheld vacuum so I could get the sand out of my car after the day at the beach. I searched all over for a rental in the wilderness that had water access and this one was the perfect gem. Can’t wait to go back!

Had no wi-fi or internet as advertised, took two days for so called hast to respond , then when they did they sent son to try and fix , called again and they said they would stop and get what they needed to fix ,did hear from the so called host again , I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone

This cabin was definitely secluded, which is exactly what we were looking for! Close enough to Traverse City without it feeling like a long trip to get there, but out in the woods enough to feel like you’re the only people around for miles. Private and Peaceful

We stayed for a weekend celebrating our wedding anniversary. Traverse City is a short drive. The cabin was very clean and nicely maintained. Location was perfect to get away from the city and unplug for a weekend. Definitely need all wheel drive vehicle to access cabin but thats part of the adventure. Highly recommend.

Secluded cabin getaway

Just what we love, a little cabin in the woods. Loved being near the river, the screened in porch and the outdoor shower was at the top of the list. I had no idea I was missing an outdoor shower in my life! We brought our groceries and I cooked every meal. The kitchen had everything I needed. Can’t wait for another visit!
