WiFi and television were out and no discount or warning provided besides a printed sign. Mold on mirror, sink, and shower curtain. Exterior does not appear to match photos provided on booking. Room did have updates but appeared overall to not be ready for guests yet. '

Our room was clean and quiet. We appreciate the room darkening shade and coffee pot. We used both! Water pressure in the shower is great but the tub floor is a bit slippery..be careful.'

'I don't know if I can say Ive had that type of service at a hotel in a long time. Star is genuinely pleasant and genuinely wants to ensure guests have a pleasant relaxing stress free stay. I only spent a tiny amount of time with Michelle but she was super helpful too. I dont really expect much from hospitality these days as customer service has declined drastically. If Star and Michelle could travel the country to train others how to provide a pleasant experience for guests it would be...
