We checked in for a two day stay. Upon entering the room, we checked the tv (this was important as we had a few shows that were important to us to watch) and it wasn’t working. I called the desk (a trainee was working the desk and taking care of us) to report it and was told she’d send someone. No one came before we left for dinner, so I stopped by the desk to report it again and was told she’d send someone. When we returned from dinner, it still was not working. We were not told why either. I called the desk and no one answered, so I went back down to ask for it to be looked at or to be given another room. I was not offered a different room with a working tv, just her claim that someone would look at it. I waited about 1 1/2 hours and went back down to request a refund and to let her know we did not want to stay the second night. She said since it was booked through Expedia, we had to contact them. I did and they were very responsive. They contacted the hotel, but were told it was not their policy to give refunds, but that the tv would be fixed in 30 minutes. It was NEVER fixed. We left early the following morning and my information was given to the person at the desk who was very nice. He said he would give my information to the manager and that he would call me Monday. I never heard from them. It was a very aggravating experience.
