Secluded, quaint 1BR Millsborough!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and central oasis. Located between Liguanea and Barbican(under 2 min drive to either). Sleep easy in this secure space, with automatic gate and within eyeshot of a 24hour guard. Unit is attached to the hosts home but is completely independent .

Your own lawn space for an afternoon lyme or bbq is included. There is a family dog on property but the yard can be completely divided and doggy closed off if friendly doggies aren't your thing.
The space
A well lit , open feeling kitchen with a small dining table and 3 chairs, new stove, fridge and fittings is what greets you when you step through the front door. A cozy bathroom is to the right and the boodroom straight ahead. A queen size bed in a bedroom with vanity, 50" mounted smart TV and full clost, with overhead storage. The bed room has no windows ,perfect place to get comfortable and forget the buzz of the city.

There is space for 2 guest cars.
Other things to note
I do have a dog. She is a real sweetheart, very attentive and loving. The garden can be divided if you do not want to interact with her. She will not have access to your space at all .
