We had one small problem and she made sure it was fixed as quick as possible. The only downside was the lake wasn’t as close as we thought it was, but we went and found a beach that wasn’t under water and it was about 5 mins away. Great Fathers Day weekend!!'

'This property was fantastic for our family gathering! The kitchen/house was well stocked with everything we needed. We all loved the ease of access to the pool and pickleball courts. The kids just rotated in and out all day! Lake access was nice. We used the fire pit more than once. Double sinks were super helpful in the bathrooms. Game tables were great! 'This was a great location for a large group with a lot of entertainment options around the house -beach access, large game room with pickle ball, ping pong and another garage with air hockey. We loved that it was spacious enough with multiple gathering places and spread out enough where the noise wasn't centralized in one area. Part of our group did a fishing expedition and caught 30 fish near the dam! There are also other options for outdoor excursions, but the kids were content with swimming...

'It was a great weekend with our whole family!! We loved the huge house, the large open lot for the kids to play, and the closeness to the lake! We enjoyed our family time! Nothing like the view of the beautiful Oklahoma sunset!!!'

'The stay was perfect. We needed space for more family and this was great. The only thing I would say is it’s not a traditional 6 bedroom. The upstairs is open and I would consider this a large open bunk room. The other side you have to walk through a bedroom to get to 2 more and the walls do not go all the way to ceiling so it’s not 100% private. It was great for our group but i would caution someone that needs 6 complete bedrooms. '

'While we were on the property, there were a few hiccups, but Tim and Melissa handled them with such grace and calm. Overall, we as a group, felt this was one of our favorite family vacations in the last twenty-five years. We would all definitely stay at this property, or any property owned by Tim and Melissa.
