'Vlak voor onze aankomst kregen wij bericht dat de schoonmaakster die ochtend door een ongeluk niet kon komen. We hebben toen zelf schoongemaakt. De eigenaar heeft ons daarvoor 50 pounds terugbetaald. Vandaar de matige score bij "netheid" De woning is mooi groot en gelegen op de 1e etage met een moderne keuken en drie slaapkamers met prima bedden. 'Lovely space very well finished and clean as a whistle . I think we might have been the first in so very new property which offers five suites in the one building The kitchen facilities include kettle, toaster and coffee machine so no opportunity to heat anything. I think a microwave would be great addition for those of us who love porridge for breakfast 😋 Some building work going on next door but this doesn’t affect internal space experience. '

'We really enjoyed our stay. The check in with Isobel was very smooth and easy. The cottage is actually bigger than the front view suggests, as it has been extended at the rear. The bed was very comfortable. The cottage is well equipped and very clean and just a couple of minutes walk from the beach and facilities in Lamlash. 'Small, quiet and cosy well-equipped cottage, immediately on the sea front with private deck area and pebbled beach, with main beach roped off and sloping down to sea. View of sea from inside cottage is more limited, but side windows do give a reasonable view. I was there on my own and although the cottage is equipped for 2, it would probably feel cramped for more than a couple of days if more than 1 person was staying there. There are pleasant places for coffee and to eat within walking...

'You are staying on a boat on land however it was modernised with flushing toilets and hot water and heating. Hosts Lynette and Angus were lovely and could not do enough for us, loved our welcome treats and nice touches throughout the boat. Perfect for a couple with medium size dog. Would give Hope to be back again. Thank you for the amazing stay '

Je hebt daar alles wat je nodig hebt , alles is op loopafstand en wil je dingen in de buurt bezichtigen kun je heel gemakkelijk rondkomen met het openbaar vervoer. De rust, stilte en uitzicht heeft ons aangenaam verrast. Wil je je onttrekken van de dagelijkse hectiek is dit de perfecte plek.'
