'Bear Crossing is a charming house with the bear theme decor amazingly strewn throughout. Plenty of space, comfortable beds and Jacuzzi style tub in master! Kitchen was well equipped and owner was very prompt in any replies. We would come back again. '

'Seth had a beautiful property on Peacham Pond. The description was exactly what the property was. We all enjoyed the stay. My youngest was 14 all they way up to my Mother in her 70s. Enjoyed the pine board finish, kitchen was more than useful, beds were good including the futon. We also enjoyed the lake(thats what it would be called in our area) caught some small bass and swimming was super cold and refreshing. I hope to stay again, maybe in the winter.Thank You'

'Excellent value, perfect location for mountain biking in Kingdom Trails. The house is clean, plenty of room for two although I was solo for this stay. The locking shed to store mountain bikes overnight is a real plus. The washer dryer came to the rescue and a day of wet riding conditions.'

'We had a great stay with our large family! The house was set up great and very clean! It was easy access to the public beach area (walk across the street) and a quick drive to a few local places to eat/coffee. Our host was very responsive with a few questions we had throughout our stay. Great for a long weekend away! '

'Renter beware. This is a transformed shed. The loft with a mattress is a box storage area. Not for people of size or age. The second bed is a small futon. River is not accessible because of erosion and broken glass. The river at this spot is not a place to swim because of debris building materials and car parts . The river view is spectacular and bird watching was good. A few other things but the owner said he would address those issues. Then weather was great! '

'All the creature comforts of home. Donna greeted us at check in. Answered all our questions and gave us a tour of their cabin. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking at the stars. The katydids were in full chorus throughout our stay.The entire cabin was clean, extra pillows &blankets, beach towels and anything we needed. The kitchen had beautiful cookware, adequate utensils, knives and dishes. A variety of herbs was available which is so nice to have at a VRBO. Everything was...

'The cabin was very nice and clean. Located on a relatively secluded hill top with plenty of usable space around the cabin. We saw a couple deer and had daily visits from a few wild turkeys. Daughter enjoyed the pool/air hockey/foosball table.'

'Beautiful home with everything we could’ve imagined, and more. So many nice touches. Everything was very clean and neat and new. Clear instructions were marked on items that required them. We enjoyed the fire pit, wrap around porch etc. We visited friends in Bethlehem and did hikes activities etc in Franconia Notch. We would definitely love to come back to this house another time!'

'Hope was an amazing host. So quick with any suggestions and information about the house and things to do in the area. The house was perfect for our mom/daughter crew. The sauna and fire pit were utilized, thanks to the info that was provided. We loved our stay! The house and environment were gorgeous. Amazing views.'

'We had a lovely time at Mini Kirby Hideaway; it was exactly what my husband, myself, and our dogs needed: time in a quiet, relaxing space. We rode from the house to Kingdom Trails; therefore, even the location was in a prime spot. We definitely will be staying here again.'

'This property has to be one of the nicest locations I have visited. The view is perfect and totally relaxing. The loft has everthing you can imagine to make the stay pretty much perfect. You can really see the care and upkeep to the loft and property in every detail!'

'Great location near downtown Franconia - walkable to Iron Furnace, Franconia Basecamp, Hungry Bear, etc. we came for a family reunion and the house worked great for our nuclear family of 6. Very old house - don’t forget to duck if you’re tall! Also would be a fantastic base for a great ski week and Cannon/Bretton Woods/other nearby ski areas. We will be back!!! '

"What a mess. €209 for a night you could better have spend in a barn. Not a normal breakfast (not even tea) and workers started working in a room next to mine at 0800 when I was working. Too expensive, terrible old mess. Check out at 10am also way too early. "
