In winter, please take off your ski boots in the ski room and do not wear them inside the apartment. The same applies to hiking boots in the summer.
We assume no liability for lost equipment or damage.

To use the shoe dryers, you must adjust the dial.

If you turn the knob to the right, the device will run for the number of hours (1–4) indicated by the number you select.

Turn the knob to the left to setting D to switch to continuous operation.
Don’t forget to turn the unit off again.

Please keep the apartment clean.

If anything breaks in the apartment, please contact me via chat so it can be repaired as soon as possible. In addition, I’ll have to deduct the repair costs from your security deposit.

If you want to adjust the room temperature, you can open a window or adjust the radiator thermostats, but please keep the setting between 2 and 2.5.

Please do not pour oil or throw any other items, such as toiletries, down the drains.

Please make the beds yourself if they are not already made. The bedding will be laid out next to each bed.

I provide one large and one small towel for each guest.

Before departure, please remove the bedding, wash the dishes, take out the trash, and drop the keys into the mailbox outside on the first floor next to the front door.

Please keep the noise down after 10 p.m., as there are other people in the building.

Depending on when you arrive, I’ll either give you the key in person or leave it in a key safe; I’ll send you a message with details.

The tourist tax is included in the price.
You’ll receive a link to a form where you’ll need to fill in at least the names and dates of birth of all guests.
Digital guest cards can only be sent to the email address you provide.
Please don’t access the link until the week before your arrival.
