The leisure facilities on the estate and in the surrounding area (some for a fee) range from a children's playground (currently under construction) and trampoline, beach volleyball, fitness trail, hiking trails to a wakeboard and water ski facility. The lake offers a beautiful bathing area and is just as inviting for swimming as it is for fishing. Golf course 4 km away. The holiday home Harmonie is furnished in Scandinavian style and with great attention to detail. A large garden right next to the forest offers children fun and discovery of nature. From the dining table you have a direct view of the forest and a great panoramic flair.LocationNestled between the Knüllwald and Fulda valleys lies the Rotkäppchenland in the middle of the North Hessian mountains. The name is reminiscent of the home of the Brothers Grimm and is part of the German Fairy Tale Route. Numerous well-developed hiking and cycle paths invite you to explore culture and nature, such as the Little Red Riding Hood Country railway cycle path, the Schwalm cycle path and the Fulda cycle path. The Little Red Riding Hood Region is also characterised by a large number of museums, which provide excellent insights into the history of the region and its many special features. Bad Hersfeld, just 15 kilometres away, is also a highly recommended excursion, welcoming visitors with its magnificent half-timbered old town and numerous spa, cultural and leisure facilities.
