Great place!

We stayed here when we came to visit my daughter for the weekend. The house was nice, the beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was super quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

Erica is a very good manager. There was a problem with the bed and she had it replaced. She is always helpful and easy to reach. We have stayed in the Blue Cottage four times now. It will always be our go-to place for future trips to Kirksville, MO

Pleasant Little House

This is a cute house to stay at near Truman State. The space was clean, updated, and the right size for two adults. The location was perfect for Kirksville and we could get to our events all over town in less than 8 minutes. The manager was kind and organized.

Cutest little cottage! Comfortable space for 2 plus, pet friendly. Wonderfully remodeled and decorated. Off road parking. Easy check in and able to control temperature for comfort. Sat outback to enjoy evening warm sun with a glass of wine. Thanks for having wine glasses and coffee bar choices.Erica was Quick with answering questions and offering suggestions for our short 2 nights stay. We visited the campus and thousand hills lake. Hope to return and would stay in the little blue cottage!

Positief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Negatief: Communicatie
This cottage was a great value for the price. It was really clean and well-maintained. It really was charming, with great attention to every detail. The only complaint I have is the lack of communication from the owner. She was not very responsive - unlike other rental owners that we've dealt with in the past.

This "Little Blue Cottage" is wonderful--so much so that after our first stay in June, we re-booked in July on our trip back home. Tastefully decorated with all the creature comforts. Kitchen is great with a nice Keurig coffee maker with pods and creamers. Erica has done an excellent job managing this. She was always available for my questions and was great getting back to me. Next time we are in Kirksville, we will book our trip around the availability of this cottage!!
