Peebles Hydro Hotel
Nice location, great facilities but very outdated. The maintenance is poor. No paint left on the outside and several rooms and corridors need updating. The staff is good and do what you expect from this kind of hotel. The swiming pool is old and a bit past its glory. Peebles is a nice place to stay ...

Cosy cottage located 25 minutes from Edinburgh City Centre
We had a lovely time in the cottage. Even though there was a problem one night with the alarm, the owners quickly and adequately solved it. The communication was clear and friendly. We very much recommend this cottage.

Sycamore Cottage - a traditional 2 bedroom stone cottage within the grounds of Arniston House
The cottage was located in a lovely country setting and was very well appointed. The host is very close by and responsive. A guide provided information on all of the local amenities needed. Chestnut Cottage - a charming traditional stone cottage with 2 bedrooms on Arniston Estate
Beautiful surroundings, everything you could have needed and very handy for Edinburgh. Only a wee suggestion for a mirror as only small one in vanity area and few more sockets there. Always plenty of hot water, though found we couldn’t adjust heating. Very peaceful and would recommend to others
