Only issue I had was the photo of the bathroom shown on Expedia was actually one of the shared ones and the en suit was completely different. Thogun it has a lovely heated mirror with blue tooth. Staff was very friendly & welcoming. They let me store my suitcase with them while i went to a funeral, it was no problem for them at all & the lady on the desk was very sweet & kind ☺ '
