Thank you Jason :) Yes, it is a great location to spot the aurora! And for those reading for future bookings, we offer an economical transfer option during winter season for 75SEK per person at a set time (must be pre-booked). Alternatively, we have free parking on site for those who prefer to hire a car. Welcome back Jason!

Hi Terje, Thank you for your feedback. We try to be very clear in our descriptions of the cabin that it is a wilderness experience and also that it has a 300m forest path. This cabin is best suited to people who want privacy in nature and are used to camping (without running water), but are happy for shared shower facilities. Next time we would recommend you stay in our Log Cabin as it has all the amenities you need including private shower/toilet, dishwasher, washing machine etc. Enjoy the rest of your holiday and thanks for staying. Dear Göran, Thank you for staying with us. I am sad to see you were not more satisfied with your stay. As was explained prior to arrival, you had booked the most basic cabin without running water/kitchen/fridge/shower with additional photos sent to explain the room fully. We organised a fridge for you to share and upon showing you the shared facilities and you still being unsatisfied, we changed you to a better cabin with access to all the amenities that were explained were not included in your original booking without extra charge. We hoped that the cabin upgrade would make your stay more memorable with us. We do hope you enjoyed the beautiful location and your holiday. We will try to make the amenities of cabins more obvious for bookers. Kind regards

Dear Rajib, thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with your stay at our camp. Our cabins are located in the middle of the nature and as you decribe there is no restaurant or cafe nearby. We would like to offer our guests a stay surrounded by the nature, away from the city. And we have information that there is no restaurant or stores nearby. But, we will check again how we advertise and improve our information so there wouldn't be any misunderstandings. Regarding transfer, our transfer price is actually lower than usual taxi price. Unfortunately it isn't possible for us to make it lower because of the distance, the cost for personnel and the volume of guests. Again, thank you for your valuable feedback.
