Property is at the center of the most famous places in all crete. South of us is Elafonisi Beach, West is Balos and Falassarna Beach, East is Chania town, and North is 5 mins away the Beach of Kissamos. Supermarket, Coffee shop, Farmacy, Taverns is 1 min away by walking! We have brand new fully equipment kitchen, Living room and Dining area for 5 persons and 2 Luxe and Modern Bedrooms. Outisde we have a Jacuzzi - Spa that can be heated up to 40 Celcious and relaxing with top Views!

Our Property is at the center of the tourism destination if you want to explore our fanastic beach and locations of Kissamos Area offers.
The building is brand new and renovated April 2023 and is direclty next to many places may you will need for your holidays, Farmacy (5 min distance) ,Tavern that offers and Souvlaki! (30 meters Distance), Coffee/Beer Shop (40 meters), Supermarket (50 Meters), and bus stop (5 meters!). If you will choose to come with a rental car next to us is a public parking that you can park your car for free!
All the building is belong to us and we rent the Top Floor because has the top Views!
While you enter the door of the House you will see on your right our living room area with a smart tv 50" and at left is our fully equipment kitchen with the dinning table up for 5 persons.
Direclty next to the kitchen is our very comfortable and modern Bathroom with hot water Always that we offer also a washing machine.
Next to the Bathroom is our 2 bedrooms. Master Bedroom it offers a queen size bed with top quality of matress to sleep comfortable. The other bedrooms offers a Sofa-bed that is for 2 persons and you can sleep also very comfortable . Both of the bedrooms has directly access from the yard with the Jacuzzi and Sunbeds and also both of them has access directly to bathroom and the Living Room- Kitchen.
