Indoor facilities
Step inside Villa Elpida, finding a stylish interior that matches the enchanting surrounding of the area. Minimal yet ultimately comfortable, the main living room features large windows gazing at outstanding views of the natural landscape and the Mediterranean Sea. The kitchen is equipped with modern electrical appliances. Five spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are comfortably dominated by the two floors offering moments of serenity and privacy for all its guests. One bedroom with a double size bed is located on the ground floor with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The rest bedrooms are located on the first floor two with double-size beds and two with twin-size beds with ensuite bathrooms and a balcony with a sea view.


Outdoor facilities
The villa comes complete with an outdoor swimming pool, a BBQ, and a wooden dining table. Take advantage to visit the crystal and turquoise waters of the famous beach of Falassarna within a small driving distance. Dont miss the parking space for your vehicles! Let yourself relax in the outdoors, enjoying the stunning sea view or the sunrise. The spectacular surrounding natural beauty of the area makes Villa Elpida an awesome spot to relax day and night.


*Heated pool Policy

The swimming pool can be heated at an extra cost by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26-27?C depending on weather conditions. We request 3-4 days advance notice for this facility.(Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during the summer months due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)


***From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15EUR per night/villa from April to October and 4EUR per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
Villa Elpida is part of the Falasarna Luxury Villas Complex, which includes four luxury villas: Villa Galatia ( 5 bedrooms), Villa Domenica ( 3 bedrooms) Villa Elpida (5 bedrooms) and Villa Casa di Franco (7 bedrooms). The total number of rooms for the whole complex is 20 and the guests can book as villas as they wish based on the number of guests that travel with them.
