Villa Estia is a beautifully renovated retreat located near the famous sandy beaches of Falassarna, offering an ideal combination of charm, comfort, and convenience. Designed to host up to 4 guests, the villa provides a serene environment where relaxation meets timeless elegance.

Inside, the villa boasts a spacious open-plan area that includes a living room with a cozy sofa bed, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and access to the veranda. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring all the essential appliances, and an adjoining dining space create a seamless flow for shared moments and culinary delights. Two airy bedrooms with double-sized beds are thoughtfully furnished with high-quality COCO-MAT mattresses, linens, and towels, ensuring a restful and luxurious stay. A modern bathroom with a washing machine adds an extra touch of convenience.

The guests have unconstrained access to the whole property. The entire property plus the villa amenities are included in the rental cost.

There is also free parking for all of our guests.

The property can host 5 people if needed at the extra cost of €25 per person per night after the 4th guest.
