Early holiday in Cyprus April 2023
The villa has everything you would wish for and is maintained to a very high standard. Jill is a wonderful host, not forgetting her property manager and his partner who live next door, who were always on hand to provide help and advice if needed. The option to use Jill's car for our stay with transfers to and from the airport was well worth doing and made those journeys much easier.

Lovely comfortable villa
Lovely, comfortable villa, with a very well-equipped kitchen. John, the property manager, was really friendly and helpful. The car that is available to hire with the villa, was great and excellent value as transfers to and from the airport were included in the cost. The location is very convenient, a short drive from Coral Bay. We were first time visitors to Cyprus and the villa location made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. The garden and pool are lovely and very well kept. We would be very happy to stay here again.

Excellent property in great location
We had a wonderful week here (thank you Jill and neighbour John who manages the property). Hard to fault really, comfortable with all amenities, great location for access to paphos, coral bay etc. Also a good base for walking, either coastal or up the hills to tala and beyond. Plus easy access to key bus routes. Highly recommended.

Amazing holiday
Had a wonderful time staying at Jills beautiful house which has everything you could want/need. The private pool was lovely and everything was spotlessly clean. The villa is a short car ride to Coral Beach, one of the best beaches in Cyprus. Plenty of nice restaraunts, bars and supermarkets within walking distance. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone and will be returning in the near future. Thanks to Jill and John for making our holiday so perfect.

Wunderschöne Villa
Wir haben vom 9.-16.04.22 mit unseren Kindern in Jill's Villa einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt gehabt. Die großzügigen Räume mit absoluter Vollausstattung und toller Lage haben keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Gepflegter Pool, Sonnendeck und Gasgrill haben den Urlaub abgerundet. Gerne würden wir hier nochmals buchen.

Wedding getaway
My partner and I booked Jill's beautiful Villa for our stay in Paphos ahead of our wedding. We wanted somewhere special, somewhere we could relax but also be within acceptable distance to meet up with our guests located in various places in Paphos, so not too isolated. Jill's villa did not disappoint. A hidden gem nestled in a quiet location not far from a small little village, it was not difficult to get around although we found the car hire offered with our booking essential for us personally due to needing to meet with friends, family and travel to our venue several times for meetings- it is possible to use taxis and the local bus service too. John the property manager is only next door should you require anything, John and Pat both went the extra mile with their kindness and friendliness to make our stay extra special, as did Jill with regular communication and well wishes on our wedding, nothing was too much trouble and they were all available should we require anything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would like to come back in the future! We wandered out a few evenings, visited the the Village Inn for some good homely pub grub, friendly staff made us feel welcome. We also spent time in Coral Bay, not far from the villa, plenty to see and do. Jill has a wealth of information at the villa for ideas and places to visit, I found this a thoughtful touch. We were within easy distance of Paphos Harbour too which we regularly visited to meet with friends staying in hotels there. There are plenty of recommended places to dine out locally and very good supermarkets nearby. We liked Philippos in Coral Bay and the Kings Avenue Mall near Paphos Harbour! Jill's villa was spotlessly clean, with everything you could possibly need and more for a self catering break away. The beds are comfortable and rooms spacious with plenty of storage. Bathrooms were great, showers powerful. The downstairs layout is great for cozy nights in or evenings of entertaining, there is plenty of space and modern facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside in the mornings for breakfast overlooking the pool and views of Tala, quite often on the balcony too. We made use of the pool during our stay for the last week of October, weather was still warm enough to be comfortable making use of this. John kept the pool clean and garden tidy for the duration of our stay. All in all we rate this property 5 stars as it really did make our stay that little bit more special!

Wow stunning what more can I say.
Absolutely stunning villa, very clean, spacious and in a perfect quiet location, all the utensils you can imagine. Owner is very helpful and stayed in contact with us, I would recommend this villa to anybody. Convenient that the handy man Is next door who again also help and tops up the pool and keeps is looking nice and refresh for your stay. I will definitely be going again in 2020. I do not have a bad word to say.

The villa is extremely well equipped and is home from home.The outdoor area is well maintained and the pool is a welcome relief after a day looking around the many local villages.Hiring Jill’s car made things easier and it’s something I would recommend as it’s there waiting for you upon arrival.John the property manager lives next to the villa and although not required he was there if needed which was nice to know.The local village is a 10-15 min walk away where can be found a couple of local and a couple of catering more for the British taste eateries all of which we found very good but I would suggest a drive to one of the villages in the hills for something more traditional.Jill clearly has made a great effort to ensure the villa is to a very high standard and it was .Thanks again Jill.

Fabulous. This villa lived up to all our expectations
From booking to our final day Jill and her villa made our whole Cyprus experience fabulous. The communication from Jill was prompt, extremely helpful and prepared us well for our visit. During our stay she also helped with any queries we had very quickly. What a lovely lady. The villa had everything it promised. Well equipped and all of the finishes were excellent within each room. The pool was an absolute blessing with temperatures above 30 every day. This was also cleaned well during our stay. We found the local village really handy walking distance for eating and fresh bread every day and the use of the car invaluable for exploring and supermarket trips. We would recommend ‘Seriani’ restaurant in Coral Bay for scrumptious seafood and ‘Sea You Beach Bar’ for very indulgent breakfast or dessert Crepes. We would definitely return here in the future and recommend for a relaxed holiday. Thank you Jill

Delightful villa in Kissonerga
We returned to this villa a second time and found it even more enjoyable. It’s more like you’re staying in someone’s well loved home than renting a holiday home. It’s clean, comfortable and well cared for and communication from the owner was helpful. Any request or query was promptly responded to. We’ll definately return here again.

A great place for a holiday.
Great villa, full of everything you could need. The kitchen full of all the things you have at home, which has been sadly lacking in other villas we have used (Not with Home Away, other villa operators). Outside is the same, great pool that seem to stay very clean. load of seating outside and tables too. Like the new shutters and the fly screens on all the ranch slider doors and windows ( this means no flies in the villa), couple this with the ceiling fans meant the villa stayed cool without using the Aircon. John the guys that looks after you during the stay was very helpful and informative giving a number of recommendations for restaurants etc and they all proved excellent. We did have a couple of minor thing and John was instantly to fix and put right - Excellent John thanks. Jill (the owner) was excellent too, both during the booking process, before our trip and our stay, just an email away. A villa to be recommended.

Enjoyable relaxing holiday
Had a lovely relaxing hoilday once again at Jill,s property everything at hand that you need in the property , comfortable beds,furnishing ect property nice and clean pool was cold due to time of year but grandson still made use of it, many thanks to John and Pat once again for picking us up and dropping us back at airport ,car came in very handy to get out and about as it is a fair distance to big supermarkets, nice bite to eat at Julie's bar in village ,also Coral King, and Haris little village restaurant . Many thanks to Jill for the smooth communications during booking and follow up information regarding the property .

Very comfortable and attractive villa. Use of the owner's car was an added bonus.
One of the main benefits for us for choosing this villa was the added bonus of the use of the owner's vehicle for an additional fee plus the benefit of being picked up and dropped off at the Airport by her neighbour John, giving us worry free travel. The Villa itself was very comfortable and provided everything we needed. Unfortunately, we did not have very good weather for most of our stay and did not get the full benefit of the attractive outside space and pool but we enjoyed seeing many of the sights which the Island has to offer. Jill, the owner, was excellent at responding quickly to any queries we may have had and equally John next door was very friendly and helpful when we needed his assistance plus his two dogs were very cute. For those who prefer to be closer to shops and nightlife, this villa is perhaps not the choice for you, however, we enjoyed the more local village atmosphere and thoroughly enjoyed the bars and restaurants in the village which were a ten minute walk away. We would definitely consider renting Jill’s villa again should we visit the same area.

Lovely villa, great host!
Just come back from our wonderful stay in this villa. It was exactly as described, spotlessly clean and very tastefully furnished, it was an ideal place for a holiday. From the moment I booked, Jill was very quick and easy to deal with, supplying me with all the necessary information to prepare for the stay, she also communicated with us in the run up to our holiday, while we were there and after, which was very reassuring. We hired her car as well, which was very useful to get around and made the arrangements simple, as we were picked up and dropped off at the airport by John her property manager. John was very helpful and always on hand during our holiday, he was only next door and chatted with us most days. The villa is in Kissonerga which had a few places to eat (as described in the description) and a small supermarket. We also went a bit further down into Lempa where there was an excellent Italian for coffee and a bakery which had lovely doughnuts and cakes. We ate out at Julies bar and Sunset Breeze (kissonerga) and Duomo (Pathos) and all are recommended, as they understood and provided gluten free food for my son, Duomo had gluten free pasta.. Would highly recommend this villa for anyone wanting to stay in a relaxing area close to Pathos

Had an amazing time!!!
Beautiful villa, very clean and well equipped in an excellent location close enough to supermarkets and restaurants, but would definitely advise hiring the car that is available to hire with the villa, as we did and found lots of places within 20 mins drive of the villa such as Paphos zoo and Paphos water park which was excellent as well as coral bay beach which is lovely and a few other beach’s, the pool in the villa is great to as it has a shallow and deep end, although a little cold as we went in April, but the weather was lovely. We went as a family of 5 and had an awesome time, we will definitely be returning and will definitely be recommending to family and friends :)

Villa in kissonerga
This is a lovely villa that has everything you need for a comfortable relaxing holiday. Jill has thought of everything from the pick up service from John the neighbour to availability of hiring the car. We found all these things made our stay very easy. The villa is located in a quiet cul de sac but is within walking distance of the village where there is a supermarket and places to eat. It is well located for exploring the area too only 15 minutes drive to the lovely town of Paphos and 5minutes to coral bay where there are excellent restaurants with a variety of food on offer. Also a short drive down the road to the sea front is the sea you bar which serves excellent cocktails and food right by the sea. this was a favourite of ours and well worth a visit. We would definitely return April was a lovely time to visit as the sun shone every day but it wasn’t to hot to site see.

Amazing villa
We totally enjoyed our stay for 11 days at the villa everything was of a very high standard and everything was on hand just like being at home, The rental of the car was a must as it came in very handy to do the shopping and to get out and visit the other areas. Contact with Jill was straight forward and Jill was very obliging always making sure she kept me updated of anything I contacted her about. The villa is situated in a nice quite area with 5 other properties and it is about 10/ 15 minutes walk to the little village supermarket we also visited Julies bar and had a nice meal there in the village. We would like to say a Big thank you to John and his wife Pat as they were both very kind and helpful to us plus we loved Dora and Lucy their 2 pet dogs. We ate out at O'Neills the Irish bar near Paphos, also we visited Coral King and Corrolla Restaurant in Coral Bay enjoyed our meal at all of these places With having the car we made the most of it we got out and about and visited some lovely places We like the villa so much we are going to book for next year . Smashing Holiday
I recently stayed here with my husband, daughter, her partner and my two grandsons. Jill kept in touch from booking to us returning home and provided some very useful and detailed information. We were collected from the airport by John and Pat who live in the villa next door and returned to the airport by them for our flight home. They were on hand to help throughout our stay should we need it. The villa was nice and spacious, plenty of room for the six of us but for my grandsons the highlight was the pool. My youngest grandson began the holiday being too frightened to get into the water and ended it swimming with his armbands on and not wanting to get out of the pool! We hired Jill's car for the week and this was very useful for trips to Coral Bay and Paphos and I would recommend. My husband and I went for a walk to Julie's Bar one evening as it was getting dark. It was a lovely walk and we were delighted to see the bats in the trees behind the villa flying around us. All in all we had a lovely time and would recommend. Thank you for a lovely time Jill and for some lovely memories.

Fab Villa
Great villa. Has everything you need. Perfect location to explore and about a five minute drive to coral bay strip and beach. Beds were very comfy, air-conditioning worked a treat and pool was perfect. We sat on the steps in the pool reading. Absolute bliss. Wifi worked well, car was great for getting around. Neighbours John and Pat are useful for local information and are on hand if needed without being intrusive. Yes we will be booking again. Thanks for the use of your lovely villa.

Modern, immaculate home from home
From booking the apartment to us leaving, the owner Jill has been wonderful, helpful and informative. We hired the car provided as there were 5 of us and this enabled us to see the area however we didn't actually cover many miles when we were there. The villa is around a 10 minute walk into the village where you'll find various bars, a excellent restaurant and shop. The villa itself is in fabulous condition, roomy and catered for all your needs even if you wanted to eat in although we never did. Thanks also to John & Pat next door who were very welcoming and good fun. I would recommend this villa for people who want to avoid the avoid the hussle of Coral Bay but want to be close by to use the restaurants, beaches etc although a car would be needed although taxis weren't over expensive (around 12 euro to Coral Bay). We went to the BBQ at Sea Caves which was very good and Sunset Restaurant, both beyond Coral Bay but reasonable and plenty of excellent food.

Maison tout à fait exceptionnelle
La maison est charmante, parfaitement équipée dans une enclave très calme. Chaque détail de la maison est soigné. La piscine est ensoleillée le matin. Jill réagit très rapidement, avec compétence et amabilité à chaque sollicitation et vous fournit un mode d'emploi très complet des équipements de sa maison et des possibilités (restaurants, commerces....) du voisinage. Vous pouvez partir tranquille si vous louez cette maison : vous ne serez pas déçu.

Beautiful home
I can only agree with all the previous reviews. Villa was amazing, neighbours friendly, one who even helped us jump start our car when we left the lights on overnight! Colin who supplied the car was friendly and helpful telling us the nicest places to visit and how to get to them. I do think a car is necessary unless you are keen walkers. We stayed in October and the weather was hot, so even the 10 minute walk into the village was exhausting especially returning with bags of shopping. Jill kept in touch from day 1 of booking the holiday right through to our return. The only other thing worth mentioning is at this time of year the sun has gone from the pool by 2 pm, again this is where a car comes in handy as a 5 minute drive took us the the beach to continue our tanning! I would recommend the villa to everyone, real home from home and a bit more.

This Villa was very well appointed and spotlessly clean. We didn't use the air con as we preferred to have the windows open with the fitted flyscreens across and the ceiling fans on. This kept us cool even at 30C outside. We stayed for one week and felt really at home with enough outdoor furniture and comfy couches inside. Bedrooms could be blacked out with shutters and blinds making for a good night's sleep on the comfy beds. Ideally you need a car to get around but we did catch a bus to Paphos and coral bay from by the Atlantic hotel a couple of times although it's quite a steep walk up hill on the way back. Julie's bar is nearest in kissonerga and food is very good and reasonable, chicken souvlaki 6 euros. There are permanent residents either side of the villa who we found friendly without being intrusive. All in all a lovely well appointed Villa with lots of sunshine round the pool with awning and nice inside for when it gets too much.

A gorgeous home and fantastic holiday base.
A gorgeous house with all you could possibly hope to find in a long term home let alone a holiday rental. Everything beautifully kept and all mod cons. Can't express how thrilled we were to find out that we had rented such a perfect place. As mentioned by others before the welcome pack of essentials was left for us (and much appreciated!). The villa is an excellent base for exploring Cyprus. Jill's directions to drive to the house were fabulous and easy to follow from the airport. After first driving there finding our way back from anywhere on the island was very straightforward and always a welcome pleasure to return. Such a quiet street with lovely neighbours and that ever refreshing pool! The villa is well located for all amenities as long as you have a hire car. There is a great supermarket and a fabulous bakery 4min drive away and you pass these every time you come 'home' so incredibly convenient. Pool and outdoor area ideal with plenty of furniture and plants. Front porch lovely for pot of tea in the morning cool and plenty of shade out back in the afternoon. There is a fabulous awning over the outdoor dining area. The only thing that we could wish for that wasn't there would be a grassy play area for the kids but given the weather in Cyprus it's quite understandable not to have a lawn! There's a lovely park just down the road which is full of local children in the evening and the street itself is such a quiet cul-de-sac that kids can ride bikes or kick a ball happily. For others with children I would recommend heading to the hotel at the bottom of the road to use their waterpark as only €10 for the day and you can come and go as you please which meant we were able to head back 'home' for lunch and to hide from the midday sun before more splashtastic fun in the afternoon - much better for our young family than the main Paphos waterpark. 2 adults and 2 children had a glorious time here. Dealing with Jill and Joe was a pleasure from the outset and everything was always promptly and politely dealt with. We can't wait to return!

This was our 3rd stay in a Villa in or around Coral Bay and I have to say this particular Villa was by far the best so far. Everything has been thought of and the Villa has obviously been maintained to a very high standard. Both the owner and the support staff were all extremely helpful in getting our holiday off to a great start. The description of the Villa was 100% accurate with everything you could possibly think of being made available to ensure a memorable stay. We particularly liked the exteremely efficient Wifi connection together with extremely comprehensive Satellite TV coverage, although we did not sit in every evening watching TV ! Although the Villa is a little way from most amenities it is in a nice quiet residential area with friendly neighbours who were more than happy to make us feel welcome. Excellent Support from Owner
This is a lovely villa, very well kitted out in all aspects and beautifully clean throughout. There were only two of us but 4-6 could stay there quite comfortably with the three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one on-suite). The ceiling fans and window shutters do an excellent job of keeping the villa cool - with air conditioning for those extra hot days. Felt at home being able to get UK TV - although the two hour difference was confusing! Jill, owner, very helpful with information and arrangements pre-visit and made regular checks by email and text throughout the planning, stay and afterwards to make sure all was well. Excellent pack of information provided, as was a local contact for very reasonably priced car hire and airport transfers. Plenty to do in the local area, and slightly further afield, but use of a car fairly essential. Favourite restaurants were Phidias Tavern and Lakento, both in Coral Bay.
