'This was a gem for our ski trip. Before checkin the staff was very helpful with transportation suggestions and questions. Because the road to the hotel is not drivable in the winter you call the hotel from the parking/bus area and they come and pick you up via snowmobile, this in itself was a fun experience for my son.
The room was quite, clean, and had the right amenities. The food was Japanese but very good and staff ensures dietary restrictions are met. '

'A cozy onsen ryokan with very attentive and helpful male staff. I was truly impressed by his excellent service and will definitely return for another stay. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Although the onsen is not very large, it offers both indoor and outdoor baths and was pleasantly quiet with few people around.'
