'Classy, slick and stylish, this was the best of modern Greek. Super attentive staff and lovely room, the hotel is a hop, skip and a jump away from the little harbour with a cluster of smart waterfront eateries. With a better beach and a lot less wind this would be a secret pearl of the Aegean - but that’s hardly the hotel’s fault! They were pretty flawless.'

'My stay was amazing. The hotel had a superb view, and one of the best breakfasts with fresh orange juice. A beach next to the hotel, a cute pool and the port-town on walkable distance. Special mention to the staff, super friendly and always very helpful with local tips.'

'The room was ok , very small and hardly anywhere to put clothes so had to keep our clothes in our bags . NO WATER given daily despite being told not to use the tap water . This is totally unacceptable . The breakfast was amazing . The pool area very small and pool cloudy . The mini fridge cupboard would not close as the fridge to big . Unable to get a scooter rental despite there website saying they can arrange this for you so as Canala was very far from anywhere else we could not explore the...

You're quietly having a drink on the terrasse and then you recieve a big whip of smoke, you just wanna vomit. Sorry. In 2025, smoking should be totally banned on all hotel premises. This was the only negative point. Rest is wonderful. '

He was so helpful and welcoming, full of useful information and always there to help in any way he could. We will always have wonderful memories of the island of Kea and the beautiful Kea Mare and especially of wonderful Dimitri!'

'Het Anamar Hotel was een super fijn hotel. Kleinschalig, schoon, netjes en verzorgd. De locatie is geweldig. Zeker met de fijne beachbar recht aan zee. Vooral het personeel was geweldig. Die hebben ons verblijft gemaakt. Stuk voor stuk lieve attente mensen die met alles meedachten. Aanrader! '

'This is quite a magical place on Serifos, right on the beach with a beautiful setup! Also very close to everything and you don't need to rent a car! The family "Dimitris" was exceptionally kind to us and allowed us to keep our room until our ferry came! Best spot in Serifos in my opinion! '

'Sehr schöne Zimmer, wir hatten einen tollen Blick über die Bucht! Der Besitzer hat sich um ein Leihauto gekümmert, welches wir direkt ans Hotel gebracht bekamen. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder empfehlen und nicht oben in der Chora wohnen, da die Busverbindungen nach oben super sind und man hier unten einfach den Strand und ebenfalls tolle Restaurants hat. '

'Perfect getaway for a relaxing holiday. Excellent breakfast is served everyday on your private terras while enjoying the first sun. The pool area is very relaxing and quiet. Beaches are close as well as the water sport area. Lorena was a very good host supported by her housekeeping side kick. They were a great team! Would definitely advise this stay!'

'Wow, whst a view. This place is beautiful. The staff are really helpful and accommodating. The only thing to bear in mind is that it's a very steep 15 minute walk to the tavernas and shops in Ioulida. It's honestly an effort to drag back up after dinner and i like walking. Be warned if you have fitness or mobility issues '
