'This is a new hotel and the staff, cleanliness and comfort were all wonderful. The only issue is the parking lot is very small and when we needed to park later in the evening it was an incredible challenge. They have a lot of compact car parking spots and not enough regular parking spots for guests so we were forced to park in a compact spot, as did many of the other guests who were there. 'Great location. Very good condition. Shower control has flow control too. I hate hotels where you can't control the flow. We did tell the hotel. It would be nice if they had more towel racks or hooks in the bathroom to hang the bathtubs. Also, if you don't want to pay the valet service you can just drive your car yourself to the Foundry garage 3 blocks away. Breakfast was good. We did give feedback that we wish there were were real cutlery and ceramic plates instead of plastic, plastic and...
'No complaints, nice and spacious room, the cleaning service seems a bit overbooked, as day 1 both of my glasses in the bathroom were filthy (lipstick stains, eww!), but this was resolved immediately when i asked. Club level has a separate room for breakfast in the morning and snacks in the evening, both were great.
The elevator to the club level however is unbelievably slow.'
