ZEVENDE ZON heeft een enorme "renovatie" van 3500 vierkante voet voltooid, waardoor dit semi-oceaanhuis eenvoudig met de hand wordt gebouwd, overal waar u kijkt - bedden, tafels, salontafels. Gepolijste aluminium leuningen en planken binnen en buiten, met twee gepolijste aluminium Juliet's balkons naast twee van de suites. Elke suite heeft zijn eigen terras! Ongelofelijk uitzicht op de oceaan, ultramoderne interieurs, lift, 70 inch led-televisie in de woonkamer en speelkamer, een fitnessruimte, een privézwembad en een hot tub. Dit wonderbaarlijke landgoed schittert ook met alle nieuwe hoogwaardige hickory-vloeren, een zes-voet brede ingebouwde gas open haard en blue tooth home theater. Bij SEVENTH SUN zult u versteld staan van de 70 voet aanrechtbladen in grijs en wit graniet, de master suites van 1 "King" en 3 "Queen" (1 king en 1 queen hebben badkuipen, inloopdouches van glas en tegels en Carerra marmeren toonbanken). Er is een slaapkamer met één stapelbed en ��én stapelbed, een slaapkamer met één stapelbed - beide met de coolste nieuwe technologie in een plafond zonder bladen. Alle zes slaapkamers zijn voorzien van LED smart-tv's en stijlvol meubilair. Met een geheel nieuw tankloos warmwatersysteem raakt u nooit zonder warm water.

Een opvallende wenteltrap leidt u vanuit de woonkamer naar de Ship's Watch, die 40 voet hoog boven de rest van het eiland staat, waar u geniet van het kijken naar walvissen, dolfijnen en strandgangers terwijl u de zoete zeewind van de Atlantische Oceaan opvangt. Een geweldige plek om te genieten van de ochtendzonsopgang of gewoon lekker ontspannen achterover te leunen en te luisteren naar de golven.

Het bovenste niveau van SEVENTH SUN is opvallend! Commercieel 6-pits gasfornuis met dubbele oven en infrarood bakplaat. Dubbele vaatwassers. Dubbele grote koelkasten. Er is plaats voor 14 aan de handgemaakte aangepaste eettafel (dit ding weegt 500 pond!) Je loopt een paar stappen naar de "King" Suite. Een gigantische 16 bij 24-voet Shangri-La compleet met een kingsize bed, smart-tv en een complete badkamer. De prachtige badkamer is voorzien van een ligbad, dubbele wastafel, marmeren aanrechtblad, volledig betegelde glazen douchecabine en Carerra grijze kasten. De "Queen" Suite is een "L" vormige 12 bij 18-voet juweel met een queensize bed, complete badkamer en smart-tv. Deze badkamer beschikt ook over een ligbad, dubbele wastafel, marmeren aanrechtblad, volledig betegelde glazen douchecabine en grijze Carerra-kasten. In de luxueuze woonkamer, met zijn gewelfde plafond, staat een 70-inch led smart-televisie op u te wachten, samen met een omhullende sofa en een blue tooth home theater-systeem! Onder de tv bevindt zich de ingesloten zes-voet gashaard om van te genieten tijdens seizoensgebonden koude nachten.

Het hoofdniveau bestaat uit twee grote slaapkamers met elk een queensize bed en een eigen badkamer, een slaapkamer met een stapelbed en een stapelbed, een slaapkamer met een stapelbed en een complete badkamer. Alle slaapkamers hebben ook smart-tv's! De 16 bij 24 voet speelzaal wacht op u met een natte bar, pooltafel, ring toss, half bad en nog een 70 "LED smart-tv. In de sportschool vindt u een schuine bank, spiegels, een yogamat en halters. De vloeren in zowel de fitnessruimte als de speelkamer zijn volledig met rubber bekleed.

Buiten is een ervaring helemaal voor zichzelf! Een 14 bij 24 voet prive zwembad, overdekte hot tub en commerciële ijsmaker die tot 600 pond restaurantkwaliteit gefilterd ijs per dag levert! De gated buiten woonkamer omvat een overdekt terras, afgesloten buitendouche, half bad en een gas grill, houtskoolgrill en mini-koelkast. De hele achtertuin is fort omheind en veilig voor kinderen en Fido! Aangepaste bijpassende Amish fabrieks-direct PVC-meubels buiten en op alle niveaus voelen koel aan, zelfs in direct zonlicht! (35 stoelen en 5 tafels)

A wet, but fun week on the Outer Banks

The property was perfectly sized for our group of 6 adults and 5 children (ages 9-15). Beach access was a breeze. Property was 'as advertized.' We were able to comfortably spend more time indoors than we might otherwise have done had it not been for a rainy week due to the storm named Debbie. Communication with Carolina Shores company was efficient and effective. We would return to the same property next time our travels might take us to the Outer Banks. There were a couple minor cleanliness and maintenance issues, but they were insignificant on the scale of things. Note: garbage pickup is very early in the morning, so be prepared to move bins to street the evening before.

It's just steps from a public beach access point and has beautiful views of the ocean from the main living area. While the weather wasn't great while we were there, I would highly recommend having the pool heated during your stay - this was a life saver for our kids and let us enjoy even breezy days out in the backyard swimming! Another great feature was the fenced in yard - our dog loved sniffing around all day. Finally, the best feature of this house is the elevator. We have a young family member who uses a wheelchair and this let him get up and down between floors easily. The maintenance company was also incredibly responsive when we had a few issues and they quickly came out to resolve them. Definitely would stay here again!

WOW!

We had a very age diverse family group and we could not have chosen a better house in the OBX. The house was stunning from top to bottom accommodating every need we had. The amazing kitchen with double refrigerators, large oven, plenty of sink space, and double dish washers! Due to the large table and stunning view of the beach the adults never left the kitchen when at the home. The elevator was very handy for the elderly and our dog that just had ACL surgery as well was great for load in and load out day. The second floor game room was fantastic for the teenagers as well as the amazing pool space. Every need was well thought out inside and out. My father said that this would be his last vacation until we stayed at this house. On our last day he said we wants to reserve it again next year already. I also wanted to thank Carolina Shores for their great customer service. Every question we had was literally answered within minutes.

PROS; excellent location, fenced yard perfect for dogs, maintenance came promptly when called CONS: one guest in wheelchair and all doors to toilet stalls and all doors to outside balconies were only 24” wide not allowing chair to enter. One oven wasn’t working ( wish wr had been told in advance ). Problem with hot water, some showers never really warmed up. I could have overlooked some CONS for the great location and would have pre booked for 2023 but majority didn’t want to return. Sorry

We loved our stay! The house is beautiful and cozy and just steps from the gorgeous beach. The set up is perfect for a family! Elevator for our parents, heated pool for the kids, and large spaces to gather as well as private spots for quiet time. The only thing was that we did not bring towels bc listing says linens included but they are an extra charge. Just a side note to try and help others plan. 😊 Truly glorious vacation. Thank you!

FRAMILY spring break getaway!

House had everything we needed, even a crockpot. Double dishwashers for the amount of people helped tremendously. Never ran out of hot water. Soaking tub was a dream. Swam the entire time in heated pool, coldest day was 60 degrees. We had family, friends and a whole lot of memories. It was nice to be able to have the option to bring our 14 year old pup. Close to everything,Shops, grocery stores, gas stations, attractions. The house was so nice, we didn’t even want to leave to go eat dinner. Outside speaker felt like a outdoor concert! Ate dinner at the house every night! Short 40 minute drive to Corolla. Climbed Currituck light house and fished with the horses. We love the OBX and we will be back! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with the Forcum Four plus more!!!

We made good use of the rec room which has a pool table and some arcade games. The beach is right across the street so access is easy. The home is relatively new so everything is updated, new and clean and all amenities are top-of-the-line. The home layout is well done and we felt very comfortable for the week. A true home away from home experience. The real estate team and owners were very responsive to any questions. Great overall experience!

Great week at Seventh Sun!

Our family had a great time! The house was spotless and roomy enough for all 11 of us! Days spent at the beach (very short walk across a quiet road) and pool were so relaxing! We even had an evening of t-ball in the back yard. The kids loved it! The house was ready when we checked in, very nice staff at Carolina Shores!

Wonderful Family Vacation

This house and experience was one of the best we’ve had at the beach in a long time. The house wasn’t quite ready at 4pm, which we were totally ok with. We hung by the pool, and when it was done and we walked in it had obviously been cleaned very well. The floors were still wet. The cleaning staff was extremely friendly. The builder of the home was even there washing off porches and windows from the outside. It was cool to meet him. We only had two issues: the cable did not work in the master bedroom. We were still able to stream to the TV. We did report this, but it hadn’t been resolved by the time we left (this is not the fault of the rental company and at the discretion of the cable company. The other issue was the outside ice maker was not working, but this was resolved and working prior to us leaving. The beach is just right across the street and easy to get to. The kitchen is very spacious. The bedrooms are nice and the master bathrooms are to die for. We were so happy with our stay and will do this again for sure! Of note, I did read a review on this property about some bugs? This scared me. However, we saw not one bug. So whatever the previous issue, has since been resolved.

NEVER rent from Carolina Shores.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house , Great location, disgustingly dirty.The first night i did not notice but the next morning i had a pillow sham behind my head covered in dog hair. The vent hood above the stove lots of doghair. The bar stool based guess again, doghair. The renters are responsible for cleaning their own dishes and putting them back prior to leaving. Found not so clean utensils and lipstick on a coffee cup. I had to go buy bug spray to spray all the baseboards because of the palmetto bugs / cockroaches. Killed 3 the first night. While spraying the base boards it basically turned to mud because of the amount of dust on them. The refrigerator was not cleaned out upon arrival and there was a dead cockroach in the kitchen sink. I have documentation of all this and more. I looked up the homeowners name and address on the NC taxrolls i really feel they need to know this. AND the tv never worked in the master bedroom. they attempted to fix it but when i called again they never returned THAT was the least of my worries......

Seventh “Sun”

What an amazing property! Well designed for the ultimate guest experience. The homeowners definitely knew how to makes us not want to leave. From the game room and weights, to the pool and hot tub. The beach right across the street was just an added bonus. The views were incredible and memorable!

Marvelous Covid Escape

Thank you for a wonderful stay for our family of 12, with ages ranging from 10 to 78. The house was beautiful and even more roomy than appearing on the pictures. It was a joy to be able to all eat at the same table every meal. The living area was large enough to accommodate us all for game nights and movies. It’s VERY close proximity to the beach and the elevator made it easier on my older parents. Many close grocery stores and putt putt too. The kitchen had everything we needed, pots and pan wise, to create amazing meals. We met Rolfe, the property designer/manager , who was very helpful! Would definitely come back! Loved it here!! Thank you!!

Great location, great house, pictures are close but don't do it justice.

Pros: on beach, has pool, nice covered "patio" next to pool, very nice, clean rooms and kitchen. Cons: No major cons. (need to bring or rent towels)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our decision to stay at Seventh Son for this years beach vacation proved to be a great choice. Because of all the COVID precautions in place this year, this vacation compound suited all our needs. Great location in Kitty Hawk to any shopping or restaurants. Only steps to the beach access across the street and plenty of spectacular ocean views from the third floor porch.Our family enjoyed the spacious pool and covered pool area every day! We also played pool, lifted weights and let our dog run around the walled grass backyard. The fireworks display up and down the beach was great to watch from the third floor porch. The kitchen was fully equipped for us to cook many gourmet Meals and serve the perfect happy hours. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a beach front experience.

The owner went above and beyond to make sure that we enjoyed the property and the surrounding area. We had a group of 12 people for a family reunion. The property was ideally suited for this type of event. Everyone in the group loved the property.

The pool is small for that size house, but that’s what the ocean is for!! The realtor couldn’t of been nicer, we didn’t have a high chair there so I called them and within the hour they bought us a brand new one!!

Top of the line everything!You can tell that much love went into the design and décor of this home. We felt like we were staying at resort. The kids loved the pool and having the outdoor space to hang out with their cousins. The ocean view was the icing on the cake. We would highly recommend a stay here. Treat yourself!
