Dit huis is zeker om iedereen tevreden te stellen - De OCEAAN is een onbelemmerde 150 ft weg. Je hebt echt het gevoel dat je gelijk hebt op de OCEAAN. De stranden van Duck zijn schoon en ruim.
Naar het westen brengt je wandeling door onze buurt je naar het hart van DUCK. U kunt uw tijd besteden aan het lopen naar de promenade vol winkels, restaurants en bars

Als u ervoor kiest om te blijven, heeft dit huis alle voorzieningen die u nodig heeft voor een ontspannen en onvergetelijke vakantie. Er zijn 2 grote
decks. Het bovendek is uit de woonkamer en is uw favoriete plek om de zonsopgang te zien met uw ochtendkoffie. Het benedendek is toegankelijk vanuit de 2 grote slaapkamers.

Een privé 13 'x 29' zwembad is zeker een hit voor alle niet-strandliefhebbers. Buitendouche en badkamer. Buitenspelen op het terrein zijn onder andere maïskolf, frisbee golf, vuurkorven en een basketbal hoepel. Er is een koeler op wielen en een wagen om in te pakken en een dagje op het strand te maken.

De ROASTED EEND heeft 3 niveaus

Mid level - 1 King en 1 Queen Master slaapkamers met elk een eigen complete badkamer en toegang tot het dek. 1 slaapkamer met 2 aparte bedden. 1 slaapkamer met 2 stapelbedden (1 piramide 3 eenpersoonsbedden). Gedeelde badkamer op de gang

Bovenste niveau - Ruime keuken en open eetkamer / familiekamer. grote slaapbank.
De keuken is gevuld met alle comfort van thuis, een Ninja Nutri-Bullet juicer, George Foreman grill, wafelijzer, koffiepot en alle borden, potten / pannen en keukengerei die je nodig zou kunnen hebben. Genoeg eetgelegenheden en een wetbar.


Flatscreen slimme tv's in elke kamer met directe tv, gratis wifi internet in het hele pand. Veel boeken en bordspellen voorzien.

Uw tijd doorgebracht in Duck zal de reset zijn die uw gezin nodig heeft. Duck heeft het hele jaar door activiteiten in de stad. Fiets- en bootverhuurbedrijven zijn overal in de gemeenschap. 20 minuten rijden ten zuiden van het historische Kitty Hawk en 20 minuten rijden ten noorden van de wilde paarden van Corolla. 30 minuten rijden landinwaarts naar het H2OBX waterpark.

Schoonmaakkosten van $ 200 zullen worden toegevoegd voor boekingen van minder dan 7 dagen

  • One of the northernmost towns along the coast in North Carolina, Duck is an idyllic town on the shores of the Currituck Sound. This shot was taken from the town's boardwalk while looking West over the sounds. It is advisable to visit the location in Winter as that is off season - so you can spend more time taking in the beauty of the North Carolina coastline and also sunsets are usually much more picturesque around the time owing to the cooler temperatures and lower amount of atmospheric haze. Plenty of things around Duck to see. Further north, there is the Currituck Lighthouse where you can climb the steps to the top of the lighthouse. North of Corolla, there is an area where you can drive along the coast on the sand - 4X4s a must. Here you can spot some Spanish Mustangs, horses out in the wild. If you're lucky, you can spot them running along the beach in the surf. I'd recommend taking a tour through the Corolla Wild Horse Fund - the money from the tours is used to help the wild horses in every which way possible and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Beach vacation

The overall appearance of the house is in good working condition. The pictures online make it seem like you do have a view of the ocean, but there is now a house that built in front of you. They should remove that one photo out. The only other thing is that the fire pit in the backyard does not have any stone or anything around it so the grass is kinda mostly sand in that area. However, it’s probably one of the better as far as cook utensils available that I’ve stayed at in a while !! The view is really my only thing that was not as advertised. There is a slight view, maybe 20 or 30 feet in between houses that you can see water but if you want to see the sunrise, you have to take the short walk to the beach.All that being said, I would definitely stay here again in the future We did really enjoy how quiet the neighborhood is.

A lot to offer

This house was fantastic for what we wanted. It had the pool, hot tub, 4 good sized rooms and a nice view. Very close to beach access. It was very clean. The only "complaint" which isn't one really- the furniture was quite outdated (This end up...). The location was perfect too as we could walk to a number of restaurants, bars, shops, etc.

Overall we had a nice stay at Lisa’s place. The house is in a great location—only a short, easy walk to public beach access—and has great amenities, including a pool and hot tub. During our stay there were a few minor issues related to the cleanliness of the property—the oven was not thoroughly cleaned, the pool area had not been attended to and there were dead leaves and other debris within the fenced area, and there were ants present in the kitchen area. When we made Lisa aware of these issues she responded quickly, offered to send a crew to rectify the problems, and ultimately sent a crew to remedy the ant problem. However it was unfortunate that we encountered these problems at all given the expense of renting the house, and while we appreciated Lisa’s responsiveness, she did not apologize for the cleanliness issues or inconvenience. We did appreciate the quick communication and willingness to resolve the issues. We loved the area and would stay in this location again .

Perfect Getaway!

This house was PERFECT for our relaxing getaway. The partial ocean views from the upper deck were wonderful. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed and more! It’s just a short walk to the beach access, and we loved spending the days between the beach, private pool, and hot tub! It’s super close to shops, restaurants, and activities! Our hosts were helpful and very responsive. Had a great time!
