Additional amenities include an outdoor shower, an electric car charger, beach tent, beach umbrella, books, games, DVDs and all the supplies you need for your furry friends including beds, crates, toys, bowls, leashes and waste bags.

Parking notes: There is free parking for 6 vehicles. Guests are welcome to park here prior to check in.

RVs, boats, planes, and trailers may not be parked on the property.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Given the climate, proximity to water and humidity in the Outer Banks it is normal , on occasion, to encounter palmetto/water bugs inside and outside the property. Please note that the property is regularly treated both inside and out for the prevention of these bugs using pet safe treatments.
