We've spent the offseason painting the interior, the decks, and adding all new furniture for your Outer Banks vacation! Nestled among gorgeous Live Oaks, our home is centrally located to everything you need for the perfect Outer Banks vacation! Amenities include a private pool as well as 2 private beach access areas located just minutes away. Our beautifully constructed 3 bedroom home has been recently renovated to be fresh and ready for you! Last year we painted the exterior, remodeled the kitchen and master bath, and added new carpet, refrigerator, stove, washer/dryer, and new decking to be sure you feel like you’re at your home away from home.

Your daily stresses will be washed away with the sound and the ocean close by. Our home is a bright and airy 3 bedroom, 3 bath haven. Dry entry brings you upstairs to the first level, where you will find a King ensuite bedroom, new kitchen, living area with a TV with cable, half bath, laundry, and 3 sets of French doors to access the expansive deck overlooking the pool. The King bedroom is roomy with an adjoining, remodeled full bath. Make yourself at home in our beautiful new kitchen, stocked with everything to please the chefs in your group. Our fully equipped open kitchen joins the dining and living areas. Included are dishes, cookware, pots, pans, cutlery, barware, and glassware for your every culinary need. Appliances include a blender, Keurig and standard coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, new range/oven, and new refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and filtered water. A spacious dining table leaves room for everyone in your party. Cathedral ceilings in the living area brings even more natural light into this cozy space. Did we mention new furnishings? We also added a new game table to complement the space. We tried to think of everything to make your get away the ultimate in rest and relaxation!

Down the hall you will find the laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer for your convenience. The half bath is conveniently located just beyond the laundry space. Upstairs, you will find a loft sitting area to curl up with a good book. A full bathroom with tub/shower combination is shared by the two bedrooms on this upper level. The Queen bedroom is quiet and cozy, while the Twin bedroom offers 2 single beds for your group.

Let’s talk about outdoor living! The new deck overlooking the pool area is sunny and bright, with tons of space to enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. Downstairs is a huge pool area, perfect for those days when you want a break from the beach. We’ve also added a new bar area downstairs in the shade of the deck for an additional spot to enjoy drinks and conversation.

Our romantic home is a perfect choice for vacationers with its proximity to shopping, restaurants, arts, sightseeing, boating, fishing, golfing, tennis, bird watching, jet skiing, surfing, kite boarding & eco tours! The beds are all freshly made for your arrival. Everything you need, right here in paradise!

We want everyone to have a wonderful, relaxing getaway in our Outer Banks home! Part of ensuring the same experience for everyone relies on our housekeepers, inspection personnel, and maintenance repair personnel being able to maintain the house in tip top shape for you and your family in-between renters. When you arrive at our home, please notify us right away if you find anything to be not working properly. This helps us be able to address it in a timely manner. Our partners do a fantastic job of making sure everything is done during a very short window. Check-out time is 10 am and departure instructions are in your welcome email and also located on the refrigerator. Check-in time is set for 4 pm to allow them the time they need to prepare the home for your arrival.

We understand that there are times when you may need an early check-in time. We are happy to offer guaranteed early check-in if you have confirmed & paid for this additional service 2 weeks prior to your arrival. This payment allows us to compensate our house staff for prioritizing our home for your early arrival at 1 pm. As a courtesy to our service vendors, we ask that you please do not park at the home, drop off personal items, or ask our vendors if the home is available yet so they are able to focus on getting the home ready for you. We appreciate your understanding as we prepare our home for your getaway!
