Split level floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath upstairs. Cozy living room with a pull out sofa bed and large dinning table. Bright and open kitchen with a large peninsula countertop and eating nook. Downstairs you will find the spacious king size bedroom with a twin size bed and trundle. A second bathroom with tub and large family room. There is an oversized sectional, 50” smart tv and cozy electric fireplace.

We are located close to OIT and Sky Lakes hospital. A beautiful 45 min drive away from Crater lake and lake of the woods, and about 15 from the Running Y Ranch Resort and other outdoor recreational activities.

1. Please remove shoes when in the home.
2. Only registered guests allowed. Visitors and unregistered guests may not stay the night.

3. The kitchen sink does NOT have a garbage disposal. Do NOT throw excuses food, oil, grease or coffee grounds down the sink. Guest responsible for any fees associated with plumbing issues if they did not follow the rules. 4. DO NOT flush anything other than toilet paper. Not even flushable wipes. *Guest responsible for fees associated with plumbing issues if they do not follow the rules.
5. No pets. We are extremely allergic to cats. A $500 fee will apply for any unauthorized pets.
6. No smoking or vaping of any kind inside home. $1000 fine for smoking inside. If smoking outside. All cigarette/cigar butts must picked up and disposed of. A $50 additional cleaning fee will apply for butts left outside.


7. Please help us conserve energy by turning off the lights, fireplace, all electronics and A/C. In winter turn heater down to (68 degrees) whenever not in the property.

8. Close all windows, lock All three exterior doors. Be sure to press the “lock” button on the key pad On the front door. Wait for green light and beep to confirm it locked.

9. Report any damages or broken items in a timely manner. Damages that exceed security deposit will be paid by guest.

10. Set large bags of trash in bins located outside. Extra trash bags are located under the kitchen sink.

11. Please watch your children around steps.
* If traveling with small children please be aware that there are no safety gates for the steps.

12. An extra set of linens will be provided for reservations that are over 7 days. Additional linens and fresh towels are available by request.
