'Jammer dat het balie personeel, zowel bij in als uitchecken zo onvriendelijk was en omdat het time share appartementen zijn, moesten wij halverwege de week van kamer wisselen, smorgens om 10 uur eruit en de belofte dat we om 13.00u weer op de kamer konden, werd 15.00u, wat ons nors werd medegedeeld, we moesten maar wachten. Het uitzicht was pracntig over de baai.'

'De toegangsweg was erg stijl, met de hoge temperatuur was oplopen geen optie, taxi vervoer was noodzakelijk. Rustig gelegen zwembad met maar weinig gasten. Geen entertainment, de bar ging om 22:00 uur al dicht. '

'Upon check-in we were given room in building A which was a huge disappointment. The room and the furniture looked as though it hadn't been updated for decades. I would describe it as musty, as though nobody had occupied that room for weeks, maybe months. Also, after many attempts to use the TV, it did not work. We asked management to move us to a different room. Finally at the end of the day (after about 2 or 3 visits to the office) we were moved to a room in building B, which was a huge...

'Great place to stay bed was comfy and ac worked. The beach at the property was amazing and we would go for swims in the Caribbean 2-3 times a day. The staff was always very friendly and helpful and the other vacationers were all very lovely most had been coming for 10 years or more. This is our first trip. There won’t be our last.'
