The Kleinmond Cottage

This lovely two-bedroom house is located in the small coastal town of
Kleinmond in the Overberg, Western Cape, accommodating up to five
guests comfortably. The property offers beautiful sea views and is
within walking distance (500m) to the beach and lagoon.

Upon entering this cosy holiday home, you'll be welcomed by the rustic
charm of the fully equipped kitchen, fitted with everything you need
for a comfortable self-catering stay, including a washing machine for
your convenience.

The lounge features plush furnishings, a mounted flat-screen
television, internet access, and an indoor fireplace to keep you warm
on chilly nights. The dining room boasts a long wooden dining table
with seating for guests and offers an indoor braai for a true South
African touch.

This family-friendly retreat is ideal for a small group of friends or
family, presenting two sizeable bedrooms for your comfort. One bedroom
is fitted with a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom is furnished
with three single beds, both rooms installed with ceiling fans. The
bathroom includes a shower-bathtub combo, washbasin, and toilet. Fresh
linen and towels are provided with your stay.

Outside, you'll find a beautifully maintained, spacious, private garden
with a trampoline, providing sufficient outdoor space for social or
intimate gatherings.

Nearby activities include tennis, swimming, cycling, surfing, fishing,
hiking, trail running, a children's pump track, grocery shops, a golf
course, and canoe rentals, making this the perfect destination for
adventure and relaxation alike.

Overberg is a region that stretches along coasts with beautiful
beaches, and over mountain ranges with interesting geological
formations, abundant birdlife, and fynbos. The roads will take you on a
journey through valleys with picturesque vineyards, orchards, and
beautiful landscapes.

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the
property, which is situated at 22 Amandelboom Ave, Kleinmond, 7195
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them
knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
