'Great atmosphere, nice restaurant, beautiful surroundings, although isolated. Poor room service, they just removed the garbage, beds were a mess always, not much English speaking, some yes, but it was not easy to get around.'

'This is an old house that was completely renovated in the last year or two. Super clean and good taste. The room was small, but comfortable and quiet. Slept solid, and woke up with the sounds of birds. Excellent spread at breakfast. Would stay here again if I ever make it back to this town. Across the street, in the park, is a multimedia fountain, if you're into that...'

'Wir waren schon in mehreren Hotels in Polanica Zdroy (Bad Altheide), das Bukowy Park Hotel stellt alles andere in den Schatten. Tolles Haus, toller Service, alles Top,- sehr zu empfehlen.'

'Hotellet skulle ha "fullständigt Spaa" vilket var ett behandlingsrum mittemot receptionen, kafé fanns men var stängt, restaurang, bar/lounge och snackbar såg vi inte röken av. Rummet var stort och bra möblerat men sängen var smal med dåliga fjädrar och endast ett täcke till två personer. Städning och bäddning gjordes endast på begäran fick vi veta då vi klagade på eftermiddagen när städarna hade gått hem. Frukosten var dock bra !'

'Byłam w Hotelu kilkakrotnie, ale nocowałam po raz pierwszy. Brakuje ZARZĄDCY! Czasy świetności Hotel ma za sobą. Kelnerki bardzo miłe, jedzenie pyszne, ale otoczenie nie sprzyja wypoczynkowi. Na trawniku w każdej ze skrzynek czy donic chaos i miszmasz, iglaki z kwiatami, uschnięte malutkie tuje i usychające bratki. Meble ogrodowe też różnej maści, część białych jeszcze z poprzednich lat zniszczone i brudne, i nowe brązowe. Przez 3 dni pobytu nie było widać, żeby ktoś się zajmował...
