'Rooms Ivo was a really nice property. The room was clean and spacious. The only things that I was not aware of when I booked was that there was no TV in the room and bathroom would be across the hall and not connected to the room. Besides those 2itens my stay was great. '

'We will stay here again without hesitation. This is a family owned property and they put their heart and soul to make sure their guests are welcome. We were able to cook easily with a very well equipped kitchen. Their location is unbeatable. Easy to get with luggage, few meters from the airport shuttle arrival and just in the border of the Dubrovnik walls.'

'The apartment was on a narrow, steep street in the center of the old town, but climbing the 82 stone steps to the front door was well worth the effort. Everything was within walking distance without a vehicle anywhere in sight. The only noise in the evening was the laughter of restaurant patrons walking back downhill after an authentic Dalmatian meal and/or drink, and the only morning sounds were of music students practicing their instruments at the music school next door.'

'Bus to old town is just down the street, 20 minute walk to a nice big pebble beach, and a 20 minute walk to the airport transit bus. Wifi is questionable at times but overall a great place to stay. And the lady who I dealt with for check in and checkout was very helpful! Great customer service!'

'New appartments, great view, very friendly host. Make the Uber go to the top of the hill then you only have to walk a little bit down instead of up.'

'The property is in an excellent location right in the heart of the old town and it was maintained to the highest level (just as you see them in the photos). It truly felt like a luxurious room/suite and the only thing about it that you could comment on was that the aircon made a bit of a strange noise but other than that it was pretty perfect. Whilst it didn't affect us, the building in which we stayed doesn't have a lift. Would stay again.'

'We really enjoyed our stay and we are so glad we selected this hotel. We had a corner room with balcony with amazing views of the beach. Lovely and secluded and a nice spot to have a drink in the evening. Our room was really clean and the staff were friendly. 'The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and very quiet, but in a wonderful central location. The staff was very helpful, very kind and the breakfast included was delicious. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! It was also helpful to be able to arrange a driver from the airport through the hotel, who was also wonderful.'

'Extremely convenient location just off Stradun but also on a nice quiet street. Apartment impeccably clean and well furnished. Air conditioning effective and needed in the summer. Communication with host was easy and responsive, and the laundry room downstairs is a huge value add.'

'Midden in de prachtige stad Dubrovnik, ligt deze schitterende accommodatie vlakbij de hoofdstraat. Hoewel we veel appartementen hebben gezien, waarvoor veel trappen beklimmen moeten worden, was dat hier dus niet het geval. Klassiek ingericht, maar in uitstekende staat. Een goed bed, een volledig ingerichte keuken, een ruime douche, met een volle straal maakten het voor ons uitermate compleet. We werden er heel blij van.'

'My family stayed here for two nights in June. We had such a nice time. The property was spotless and air conditioned-essential as it was 92 each day. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. There was even a freezer in the fridge and a washing machine. The location was right in old town within walking distance from everything. Excellent communication as well. Highly recommend for your next trip to Dubrovnik.'

'Clean room but bed cover had what looked like a cigarette burn on it despite the property apparently being smoke free. Noisy area but that’s to be expected as it is quite a central and convenient location right by Pile Gate. Street entertainment stops at around 11pm so it does become quieter. Reception not always attended however was helpful at carrying my luggage up the stairs.
