'The staff was very helpful. For ecample they allowed me to use the spa facilities on the day of my check-out after retunring from a trail running event although the check-out time already passed. '

'Property is very conveniently located on pedestrian zone for taking advantage of Grape Festival activities. Very easy to walk to from Flixbus drop off! Staff and accommodations are lovely!'

'De locatie van het hotel is goed (dicht bij het centrum en aan de rivier) en de ontvangst was erg vriendelijk. We hadden een designkamer geboekt. Deze was wat schoon, maar wel kleiner dan verwacht. De airconditioning bleek kapot en er waren geen andere kamers meer beschikbaar. Uiteindelijk is dit netjes en naar tevredenheid opgelost door het hotel. Het bed was niet zo goed; het leek een het ontbijt was daarentegen erg goed en uitgebreid!'

'Suite fantastica con vista spettacolare ma la cosa migliore resta il ristorante con piatti buonissimi, delicati, anche se le porzioni non sono per niente abbondanti. Ho soggiornato 2 notti con formula prima colazione e mezza pensione. Il personale, soprattutto nel ristorante e' super gentile.'

'This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The food is amazing and its never ending if that’s what you like. The service is first class and the staff are wonderful: We are from Australia and the only “English” speaking visitors , however, this was not a problem for us as the staff all spoke English.
