We were tired from our travels and he helped us make suggestions for dinner. We even had an impromptu FIFA watch party which brought the guests together. 'This hotel has self check-in and check-out and nobody is around so it’s all a bit strange. There was someone working at the coffee shop at one point but we had no interaction with anyone from the hotel. We went to get a cup of coffee from the amenity station..and there was no hot water or coffee available…and of course the coffee shop was closed. Hard to rate customer service when there is literally no service! It was clean and the bed was comfortable. No real complaints, just a strange...
