'The facility was overbooked, which we only found out after a long drive when we arrived at the motel. Instead of honoring our reservation, they sent us to a nearby motel, where the staff was unfriendly and showed no interest in helping us. We also had to pay a $100 deposit, which the other motel initially refused to return because Columbia Inn had not covered the cost of our stay.
