Walnut Grove Guest House; Uitzicht op de bergen

Gelegen boven Fountain City, zijn we omringd door 360 graden privacy met een adembenemend uitzicht op de Smoky Mountains. Onze woning is gelegen op 6. 5 hectare in het hart van het historische Fountain City, op slechts enkele minuten van het centrum van Knoxville. Ons gezellige en schilderachtige pension heeft 2 slaapkamers met elk 2 slaapplaatsen en 1 klein bad met een keuken en een woonkamer. We hebben een queen-size aerobed die een extra 2 gasten slaapt en een pack-n-play of peuter babybedjes beschikbaar indien nodig. Vooraf goedgekeurde huisdieren zijn welkom (toeslag voor huisdieren is van toepassing) Gasten zijn van harte welkom om de gemeenschappelijke buitenruimtes, zoals de tennisbaan, het basketbaldoel, de picknickplaats met vuurplaats en grill, evenals de patio en de overdekte veranda van het hoofdgebouw te delen. . Kinderen zijn welkom om te spelen op de speelplaats. Kinderbedjes / pack-n-play / kinderstoel / kinderwagen beschikbaar op aanvraag.

My wife & I stayed at this house for a long Easter weekend while visiting our son at the University of Tennessee. We were 20 minutes from his apartment near campus and the drive to and from this house to campus was simple. The house was perfect for us and our dog. The kitchen has everything one would need. The property is great for walking our dog and sitting outside in the yard enjoying the views. Jaclyn could not have been easier with which to work. We plan to be back!

This Mountain Cottage is absolutely beautiful. Communication was outstanding, the place is spotlessly clean, the kitchen is incredibly well appointed with some seriously high quality tools, the furniture is also high quality and beautiful. The bed last night was incredibly comfortable! This is an absolute 10 out of 10. Also, the views are *stunning* and the little fenced-in yard is adorable. Honestly, I'm absolutely amazed and delighted and we will definitely be back to this place

We stayed at this adorable cottage while visiting UT for grad school. It was only 15 minutes away to campus. The cottage was super clean and had everything we needed! It was decorated really cute and it felt like we were staying in a cute fairy tale cottage. Owner was super kind and helpful too!! Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay! The home is stocked with everything you could possibly need, a long with sweet extras you don’t usually see at VRBO’s. Great communication with the owner. Very friendly and accommodating. My son is already asking to visit again! Beautiful Mountain View’s as well. Thank you for being so gracious and having us.

We so enjoyed our one night in the cottage! The owner was precious and kind, and went to great lengths to make us feel at home. You can drive to any place to see sights ….are about 45 minutes from Dollywood, 40 minutes from Knoxville. If you are a birder…you will see plenty of birds just sitting outside.

My husband, our mini-schnauzer and I stayed at this lovely little cottage in early April. It is spotlessly clean, and well stocked, including with treats for our pup! Jackie is a wonderful host. The views from the cottage are beautiful. The bathroom is small, but Jackie has maximized the space and it wasn't a problem for us. The kitchen is well stocked and as we prefer to cook when we travel, we found everything we needed to prepare our meals. Overall, I would highly recommend, and we definitely plan to return.

This is the second time staying here as one of our stop overs heading back to Michigan from Florida. Jaclyn is so thoughtful and helpful. The guest house is adorable and very cozy. Jaclyn provides so many nice touches, like dog treats and snacks for guests. And the view from their property is stunning! Highly recommend.

I must say this was a nice cozy stay. The owner was extremely friendly and lives on site should you have any concerns or issues. The Cozy Cottage was extremely clean, rooms were cozy and a kitchen should you want to prepare a meal. The bathroom is on the smaller side should you have mobility issues. We were fine, it suited our needs. There was a fenced in yard so that we could let the fur babies out to do their business. I would recommend should you be in the area. Will definitely keep this one in mind if and when I return to the area!!

We recently moved to Tennessee from California and while enroute found out our house would not be ready upon our arrival. With 4 adults and 4 dogs I had to scramble to find a place to stay temporarily. This place was perfect. It had a fenced in area for the dogs to run. The bedrooms were outstanding and the kitchen allowed us to cook and not deal with eating out every day. The owners live onsite and were super friendly and accommodating. We loved staying here and would recommend this place to anyone.

This property met our needs during our stay. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe. For what the cottage may lack (only the accessibility of the bathroom comes to mind), is made up by it's cleanliness, cute decor and attention to details to make your stay comfortable. The fenced yard for the dogs was a huge plus. The property owner, Jaclyn, is lovely and very welcoming. It's clear she cares that guests are comfortable in her cottage.
