Charming and peaceful
My husband, our mini-schnauzer and I stayed at this lovely little cottage in early April. It is spotlessly clean, and well stocked, including with treats for our pup! Jackie is a wonderful host. The views from the cottage are beautiful. The bathroom is small, but Jackie has maximized the space and it wasn't a problem for us. The kitchen is well stocked and as we prefer to cook when we travel, we found everything we needed to prepare our meals. Overall, I would highly recommend, and we definitely plan to return.

Amazing location and guest house!
This is the second time staying here as one of our stop overs heading back to Michigan from Florida. Jaclyn is so thoughtful and helpful. The guest house is adorable and very cozy. Jaclyn provides so many nice touches, like dog treats and snacks for guests. And the view from their property is stunning! Highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay
I must say this was a nice cozy stay. The owner was extremely friendly and lives on site should you have any concerns or issues. The Cozy Cottage was extremely clean, rooms were cozy and a kitchen should you want to prepare a meal. The bathroom is on the smaller side should you have mobility issues. We were fine, it suited our needs. There was a fenced in yard so that we could let the fur babies out to do their business. I would recommend should you be in the area. Will definitely keep this one in mind if and when I return to the area!!

Temporary place until house ready
We recently moved to Tennessee from California and while enroute found out our house would not be ready upon our arrival. With 4 adults and 4 dogs I had to scramble to find a place to stay temporarily. This place was perfect. It had a fenced in area for the dogs to run. The bedrooms were outstanding and the kitchen allowed us to cook and not deal with eating out every day. The owners live onsite and were super friendly and accommodating. We loved staying here and would recommend this place to anyone.

Quaint Cottage and Quiet Neighborhood
This property met our needs during our stay. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe. For what the cottage may lack (only the accessibility of the bathroom comes to mind), is made up by it's cleanliness, cute decor and attention to details to make your stay comfortable. The fenced yard for the dogs was a huge plus. The property owner, Jaclyn, is lovely and very welcoming. It's clear she cares that guests are comfortable in her cottage.

Cozy Cottage
The Cottage was ideal for our stay in Knoxville. The house was immaculately clean, well equipped with everything we needed and the outdoor fire pit and picnic area was perfect for having family over for a cookout and games. The owners were magnificent. Great communication and personable. They were close enough to be helpful but respected our privacy. Wonderful stay.

Perfect place to stay especially if you have pets!
When me and my wife travel, we usually stay in hotels. But when her mother travels with us, we lose our dogsitter, so we need to take our 2 mini dachshunds with us. If you've ever stayed in a hotel with 2 dogs, then you probably understand when I tell you that it isn't any fun. So, we default to places like this: pet friendly with a fenced in yard along with being clean and comfortable. This quaint little cottage checked all those boxes and then some! The host, Jaclyn, is the hostess with the most'ess! It's the small details that really pop on this one. The kitchen was well stocked with snacks and coffee (there was even soda in the fridge), she also had small treats for the dogs, and the bathroom toiletries were high quality. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels for everyone as well. Parking was great; it was literally right next to the gate so easy access. 10 steps and you're in the house. We drove to downtown Knoxville on numerous occasions, and it only took 15 minutes. The area was quiet, the host's house is the main house on the property so there weren't any other houses within ear shot. Jaclyn was very communicative, we texted back and forth even though there wasn't much to text about. We were 3 adults and 2 small dogs and we were very comfortable. The house isn't large so I wouldn't recommend putting too many people in here at once. But if you're a small group and traveling with pets, this is definitely a good house to go with. Probably one of the best we've stayed at. Highly recommend.

Little Cottage in the Woods
A very quaint little place with lots of extras provided by the Host. Enjoyed a quiet weekend to step away and catch up on reading and relaxing, along with a few trips to parks close by to walk my dog. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was full of everything you would need, and more. The bathroom is tiny and that was okay. Great little getaway! This was our first experience renting and everything was great! House was very clean! And put together with supplies and snacks! We enjoyed walking around the property with our dog. And we even played some tennis on the tennis court. Our first plan was to stay at a hotel but thankful we decided to rent house instead! The cottage is lovingly decorated, from the personalized welcome sign and a dish of dog treats at the door to the seasonal vignette on the mantlepiece. It’s clear that the host cares about the comfort and well-being of her guests. As an older person I found the steps to the home a bit challenging(although only 3 steps they are steep ones) but the level paved driveway leading the large side yard made it easy to walk around the property. Plus, turkeys!

The guest house was perfect for our short stay to hit up Dollywood & Cades Cove. The little touches like the sign welcoming us & the doggie treats were really appreciated. LOVED the fenced in yard for our puppy! My only 2 gripes....the bathroom is SUPER small. Only took 1 shower because it was challenging in the tight space. And the back bedroom needs blinds/curtains on ALL the windows :)

We felt so welcome, found everything we needed, and it became our little 'home away from home'. Our dog Violet thought this was all very exciting and sends a special thanks for the treats you left! The location of your property was very convenient to downtown and the UTK campus (15 min) yet in a quiet, wooded neighborhood that was beautiful and comforting. There was plenty of space for the three adults in our family, the kitchen was stocked perfectly, and we had all the comforts of home. We look forward to returning!!

Clean, quaint cabin
My sister and I really enjoyed staying here for our annual girls' getaway / trip to TN to tour graduate schools. The cabin itself was very clean and the beds were super comfy! It was nice to be close enough to restaurants to enjoy a meal out and it was also great to have a kitchen space to prepare meals in. The cabin is located right behind the main house so if you're the type of person who doesn't want to see another human for an entire trip, this may not be your place BUT if you're the kind of person that likes to see the fog move over the mountains in the morning and fall asleep to a WILD symphony of cicadas in the evenings, you can't ask for a better spot. We brought my dog along, too, and she loved sprawling out on the cool, tiled floors and going for walks up and down the sprawling drive. They have a meandering kitty that I'm pretty sure my sister wanted to bring home, she was so cute and friendly- LOL. Thank you, Jackie, for a fantastic stay!

This cottage is adorable, understand her description of the bathroom though, it is located inside one of the bedrooms also. The family is delightful and the are and location is perfect, you feel as if you are deep in the country when infant you are less than 2 miles to descent food and drink. Downtown Knoxville is really a short drive away also. Great stay

We enjoyed our stay at the cozy, little cottage. It is small but was very comfortable for my husband and our two pups. Loved finding “pop” in the fridge, and snacks on the kitchen counter. We felt right at home. The only down side is the bathroom is very small, and the sofa could be updated. Other than that, 9 out of 10 stars from us:)

Nice home away from home
If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway, then look no further. This guest house is situated on a beautiful property and was impeccably clean and comfortable. There was a layout of nicely scented pump soaps in the kitchen and bathroom and also some snacks to munch on. Very happy with my stay !
