Cannot be faulted and.....staggering distance from 2 pubs, one gastro - great food - the other a good local with decent ale (when you get them to pour it the proper way and not as Northern idiots want it, like keg).'

'Lovely property. Owners very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable and welcome. The rooms were very well equipped with hair dryer, smellies and tea and coffee etc. staff were happy to help with everything. Breakfast was freshly made and delicious. We stayed as we were at a wedding at colshaw hall, which was about 5 miles away. Great location and highly recommended. Thank you to the owners who are fabulous hosts '
