Your never know what your going to get when you arrive at your accommodations but this place is a gem! Our room was beautiful, great water pressure very good, great location amazing views, taxi, scooter rental on the property, 2 pools! We really enjoyed the restaurant and the staff were amazing! Amazing spot!

Outstanding value for this gem of a property. The view was amazing, the staff was attentive and kind, the restaurant was delicious. Everything was outstanding. Highly recommend!

So glad I booked here for the full moon party it’s about 15 minute walk from the beach, great pace with an ocean sunset view…this is a top tier lodging in grateful to have stayed here.

Sehr gute Lage des Hotels auf einem Berg, somit abgelegen von der Partystraße aber dennoch ist der Hadrin Beach fußläufig erreichbar. Der Pool hat einen tollen Ausblick, nur leider war die Bar am Pool anscheinend seit längerem nicht im Gebrauch. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Lovely it
Stayed here as a base for the island for 3 days. The hotel is quirky little jem in the hills high up overlooking a bay. We had a panoramic room view which is actually half carved into the rocks for really unusal fabulous look. The staff were superb and could not do enough for you. Organising pick ups, moped hire(which I highly recommend you get). The only issue would be for anyone with mobility issues as there is a lot of uneven big steps, this just adds to the charm of the hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Ihan kiva hotelli korkealla, josta hyvät maisemat. Tosin vaati melkoista jalkatyötä kävellä mäki ylös hotellille. Vähän pientä laittoa olisi siellä täällä, esimerkiksi parvekkeen ovi ei mennyt kokonaan kiinni. Palvelu hyvää.

I had a flight delay and ended up stranded on the neighboring island. The staff was nice enough to hold my reservation since I had paid well in advance. The room had a beautiful view which made up for the funky bathroom layout that flooded quickly when showering. While it's not the most modern place I've stayed, the service and views made up for it. The place is up a steep hill so get your legs and ankles ready, especially if you're a bit thick like I am. Overall, it was close to a lot of places. If it's not, they will schedule transportation for a reasonable rate. Overall, I'd stay again!

This property is near it all! Great location from being a street away from the shops and beautiful Haad Rin Beach! You will need to be in GOOD walking shape, there are steep hills to climb. But I loved the exercise. Staff were amazing! Room was old Thai ( more steps) beautiful except the bed. My only complaint was the VERY stiff firm mattress. But all and all I loved our 3 nights stay. I would need another bed to return. Try the Hot Dog place at the corner too! Get lost in the hills each morning, and swim at the beach all day and eat well here. Great Place.

From the moment we arrived, we felt well looked after. The hotel staff are skilled, friendly, and attentive. The amenities are great, and heaps of local restaurants nearby.

Location is good with beautiful view if you are visiting Haad Rin for the full moon party. Rooms are dated and beds uncomfortable. Staff is nice.

The room view is beautiful which I can enjoy sunsetting. The property itself is in understandable condition because Covid-19 causes less staffs to rake leaves and dirt here and there which I can feel dryness and feel like less guest has visited. But, mostly I enjoy the pool, ocean view and lovely staffs for good advices. You need them when places are not open. Keep it up and it will be better soon!

Perfectly Pleasant
The Sea Breeze Resort is the perfect place for a getaway, being very close to the see, but also close to the nearby attractions. The staff are very pleasant and obliging, the prices reasonable, and the food very wholesome.

The pool area was very nice and beautiful views. Close by the town but not in the centre of things so quiet. The rooms in the hotel were very dark. The rooms needed updating but were clean

allmost perfect
only bad thing i have to say, is that the bed is not really comfortable, and the room service quality is not the greatest either.. . but when that is said theres nothing more bad to say.. all in all this is a magnificent place to spend your holliday.. really great food. My wife is vegan and was able to eat allmost everything.. the view both from the resturant and the hotel rooms is to die for... beautifull!! and the staff is super friendly and makes you feel really welcome!!

Great location and gorgeous view from some units, from our unit 60 steps to breakfast area. Rundown place with no hooks or shelves in bath room? Reception was very helpfully with my lost luggage.

Fint men inte värt pengarna
Läget var lite sämre än vad vi trodde, med en lång brant uppförsbacke, personalen var delvis snälla men en anställd var oerhört otrevlig och vägrade lyssna på oss när vi frågade om råd och upprepade samma sak med högre ton för varje gång vilket fick oss att undvika honom under vår vistelse. Massa kryp i rummen. Enda som jag blev glatt överraskad över var att de bjöd på takeaway frukost innan 06 då vi behövde åka till nästa destination tidigare ån vad frukosten var. Väldigt tom frukost men tanken var god. Utsikten var dock fint.

Das Resort liegt wunderschön oberhalb und mit Blick auf den Leela Beach, Fußweg 5 Minuten. Die Mitarbeiter haben zu einem gelungenen Urlaub beigetragen, Frühstück abwechslungsreich, das Essen lecker und von allem etwasm (Thaiküche, Burger, Pizze etc.). Sehr zu empfehlen

Everything at hotel is amazing! The staff were so nice and helpful, they couldn’t do enough to help us, the food in the restaurant and at breakfast was so good! We stayed in the panoramic sea view room and the views were indescribable. There was a lovely pool with a bar too.

Best place I’ve stayed at
I never write reviews for hotels but this place was probably one of the best places I stayed at in 3 years of traveling. The staff are all really friendly and willing to help you with whatever you need. The resort itself is amazing too and the views from this place is just amazing. Koh Phangan is pretty dead quiet away from the moon festivals but it is one of the most beautiful and relaxing islands. I would definitely recommend anyone to come stay here, they’ll take good care of you and you’ll enjoy yourself a lot here. I loved it so much, I stayed an extra day even though I had another hotel booked in Koh Samui.

Im grossen und ganzem war alles in Ordnung, einzig der Strand war ewas weiter as angegeben da es statt ca. 250 rund 600 m zum Sandstrand waren. Durch grosse Bäume war Sicht zum Meer eingeschränkt.

Fantastisk utsikt
Det mesta var helt enkelt bra och överlag nöjd med vistelsen. Riktigt nice pool.Fantastisk utsikt både ifrån rum och pool. Trevlig personal och bra service. Fin miljö runt hotellet och snygga prydnader. Förslag till förbättringar/åtgärder för hotellet: Glapp låskista på entredörr. Dörr mot balkong ej tätslutande. Fönster vid sängen saknar gardiner, istället har dessa målats med färg. Gillar du inte vakna med soluppgången kan de bli jobbigt.Vore enkelt att montera gardiner även där. Totalt sett drar inte det negativa ner mitt totalomdöme något märkbart. Men åtgärda det negativa så blir det 5 av 5 istället för 4 av 5 Hotellet är ej handikappanpassat. Branta trappor och gångväg till både pool/reception. Går inte ta sig ner med rullstol tex. Inget direkt jobbigt för en frisk människa, men kan vara bra att veta. Hotellet hjälper till med att både bära ner ditt bagage till rummet och även tillbaka upp när du ska checka ut. Riktigt skönt!
