Employees are not trained for 5 star service. Food is mediocre. In general, the hotel sells an experience, but does not deliver. I cannot imagine that the management is not aware of the situation. In Asia and Thailand you can find lots of 5 star resorts with outstanding service. This is not the one to go to. Really disappointed in the hotel, we left after 1 day, instead of 4. "Location was perfect. 5minute walk to beach and any restaurant. And despite that it was not facing any busy street so was very quiet at night. We had to change the room once cus we found mold spots in the bathroom and the new room was still moldy but bearable. Overall amazing and pool was nice"
