'We had a good stay at Pan Nam Resort. Staff were wonderful and worked hard on the English. (I had to use a translator app). We had no hand towels nor hand soap in the bathroom. The bath fixtures are very dated and in need of repair. The shower dripped day and night so we had to keep the door closed so we could sleep. The only other thing is there were no clothing hangers for our clothing. Some I like to hang to let the wrinkles out and I like to handwash some clothing but nothing to...

The room was comfortable, but all the rooms on the pond face eachother, so be cautious of keeping your curtains open, there is not much privacy. The rooms also do not keep out sound well. You can easily hear your neighbors and anything going on outside. The hotel is next to the park, we were able to walk there...
