'Great communication from hosts, Close to Abercrombie park for running, hiking and beach access. The mattress in the small bedroom (no windows) was a bit older/better for kids. There are no black out curtains in king bedroom. Kitchen well stocked and comfortable couches. Appreciated the kids books and toys.'

'The property is very well maintained. It is very clean and welcoming.Its really nice yo have basic staples in the kitchen so we didnt have to run out and buy all spices. Coffee and tea were also stocked. Its a quiet little area other than boats and water planes coming and going, which to us is part of the charm. This was our second time staying here and looking forwsrd to our next.'

'The property is just as advertised. It was actually closer to "downtown" than i expected. For those visiting Kodiak with multiple people or a large amount of gear, for hunting or fushing, this is ideal. Big Rays (sporting good store) is next door which was huge bonus for us. Clean, convenient and reasonably priced.'

'Some rooms have no view, and we have had to change for a better one, without any problems. The hotel is very close to the Harbour and a few minutes downtown. Easy parking too. Good restaurant (breakfast and dinner). It was not our first stay in this hotel and if we visit Kodiak again, we surely try to stay there! '
