'This property was new and everything was clean. Being brand new a few items were still needed. Toilet paper holder in bathroom and some sort of towel hooks in bath. Kitchen needs microwave and some sort of toaster. Place was great!!'

'Some rooms have no view, and we have had to change for a better one, without any problems. The hotel is very close to the Harbour and a few minutes downtown. Easy parking too. Good restaurant (breakfast and dinner). It was not our first stay in this hotel and if we visit Kodiak again, we surely try to stay there! '
