"Bad experience. They don’t clean the rooms unless you ask them to. This is unseen… We are used to stay in hotels many times a year. A service like this is unbelievable. On top of that, the hotel gives nursing home vibes. Dark rooms, no amenities. No phone to ring reception. "

"Heel uitgebreid en groot hotel complex aan de rand van Kopenhagen. In de morgen ben ik verdwaald na een duik in het zwembad ;-). En voor wie wil een uitgebreid fitness centre. Heerlijke kamers met goede bedden, douche en toilet. koffie en thee faciliteiten & koelkastje op de kamer. We waren op reis met onze zoon en we hadden 2 kamers die aan elkaar gekoppeld waren met een deur, zo toch privacy en wel bij elkaar. Heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant, er waren er meerdere wij hebben gekozen voor Sushi. En een heerlijk zeer uitgebreid ontbijt. Dichtbij het centrum, het is te lopen 15/20 min wat prima te doen is maar je kunt ook een fiets huren of een taxi nemen en dan ben je sneller. Goede service van het vriendelijke personeel."

"Huisdiervriendelijk en heel aangenaam personeel. Parkeergelegenheid en treinen en bussen op wandelafstand naar de stad. We zaten aan de straatkant en het verkeer was continue best luid aanwezig."

"The room itself was small, we had a family room with a double bed and a sofa that was made into a double bed. We did not have any space to lay out our luggage (4 suitcases since we were with 4). Same thing for the bathroom, quite small with a big shower (too big since it took 1/3 of the bathroom). But there was no place to put our toiletries next to the sink (again because we were it’s 4). This room would suit much better for a couple. That being said, it is a room just to sleep in; it was clean, modern, enough towels and a thick duvet. You could regulate the room temperature with airco. We also had breakfast included and I strongly recommend doing that! It was like a breakfast heaven, so many option to choose from ranging from local pastries, pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, yoghurt with different toppings such as granola and different kind of seeds, ham and cheese for on toast, vegetables, fruit,….. the buffet was open from 7-11 am, more than enough time to sit and enjoy a diverse meal :). "

"Very friendly and helpful personnel. Shopping center with wide choice of places to eat right next door. The only disappointment was the Harbour restaurant where choice and quality of the food was not up to the standard one would expect."
