'Very professional, friendly and helpful staff. The room is very clean and comfortable overall. Cool and quiet air conditioning (which I personally value the most!) shower water pressure is strong and great, supplied toiletries are very nice. wifi strength in the room is perfect. Stable speed capped at ~10MB/s which is completely fine and expected. '

'3 months as a home base for travel around Asia. We spent time in Singapore Penang Phuket Vientiane Hanoi and always had a great place to come back to. Less than 2 hours to airport in Bangkok. Would recommend a scooter or car for trips into the Jomtien and Pattaya downtowns but grab and Bolt apps worked great. '

'Bed was hard as rock. Master Bedroom did not have blackout curtains and the sun woke us up every morning at 5 am. There was mold on the curtains in the master bedroom the hot water shut off on day one of a 3 day stay. The bath towels smelled like someone pissed in them. Mold growing on the shower walls. Good quiet area, Pool was heated, Close to some tourist attractions'

'Great property and the property manager was easy to communicate with. On arrival Eva gave us a tour of the property which was much larger than we expected with a lovely outdoor area.'
