Welcome to our private pool villa in beautiful Lipa Noi on the peaceful west coast of Koh Samui. This is the side of the island where the sun sets, allowing you to enjoy some of Koh Samui’s most spectacular sunsets almost every evening.

The villa is part of Five Islands Beach Villas, a small, private residential estate consisting of approximately 20 villas with its own access road. It offers a wonderful combination of privacy, comfort and proximity to one of the island’s most family-friendly beaches.

The Villa

The villa is completely private and surrounded by its own walls. It is set on a plot of approximately 300 m², with around 120 m² of indoor living space.

At the centre of the villa is a spacious open-plan living area with:

Direct access to the terrace and swimming pool

Complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the villa

The open layout creates a relaxed and sociable atmosphere, making the villa ideal for couples, families and friends travelling together.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The villa has two spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a comfortable double bed and their own private en-suite bathroom.

The bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the living room, providing additional privacy. Both bedrooms open directly onto the terrace and swimming-pool area.

The villa comfortably accommodates four guests. For a fifth guest, an inflatable airbed can be installed upon request.

Private Swimming Pool and Tropical Garden

Outside, you will find your own private swimming pool, surrounded by a spacious sun terrace and tropical vegetation.

The covered sala provides a comfortable place to relax in the shade, read a book or enjoy a drink while overlooking the pool. The enclosed garden and private pool area create a peaceful tropical retreat where you can relax without being overlooked.

Please note that the swimming pool is private and does not have a permanent lifeguard. Children should therefore always be supervised.

Lipa Noi Beach

Lipa Noi Beach is only a short walk from the villa and is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful and peaceful beaches on Koh Samui.

The beach is particularly suitable for families with children because the sea is generally calm and shallow, and the seabed slopes gradually. Children can paddle and play near the shoreline while adults enjoy a relaxing swim.

Unlike the busier beaches around Chaweng and Lamai, Lipa Noi remains relatively quiet and unspoilt. There are no rows of vendors continuously approaching visitors and the area has retained its relaxed, natural character.

Although the villa is located in a peaceful part of Koh Samui, there is an excellent selection of restaurants, cafés and beach clubs nearby.

For authentic Thai cuisine, guests have two excellent options close to the villa. Mango Tree Restaurant & Bar is a popular local restaurant serving freshly prepared Thai dishes, seafood and vegetarian options.

Also highly recommended is TAMMI Cafe & Restaurant, which is part of Mango Tree. TAMMI offers the same focus on fresh ingredients and excellent food in a welcoming, contemporary setting. It has developed a very good local reputation and is certainly worth visiting during your stay.

Italian food lovers can choose between two excellent restaurants. Nanus is run by an Italian owner-chef and is known for its authentic homemade pasta, wood-fired pizzas and beautiful beachfront setting. It is a lovely place to enjoy dinner while watching the sunset.

Amore Mio is a friendly, family-run Italian restaurant and pizzeria serving traditional pasta dishes and freshly prepared pizzas.

For healthy food and a relaxed tropical atmosphere, visit Alchemy Café, located at Anahata Health & Wellness Resort. The café serves plant-based and vegan dishes, fresh juices, quality coffee, cakes and light meals. Anahata is also well known for its yoga, meditation and wellness programmes. Guests interested in joining a class or activity should check the current programme directly with the resort.
