Your luxury oasis: The private holiday apartment of approx. 60m² is located on the island of Koh Samui in the Gulf of Thailand in a small and manageable exotic garden area of a resort in the quiet area of Bangrak with lots of coconut and banana palm trees.

The modern apartment is generously distributed, which promises maximum comfort, well-being and pure relaxation.


• Indoor living area: A spacious, air-conditioned area features a modern kitchenette, a cozy sofa area and a Smart 75" TV with multilingual channels.

• Sleeping areas: A separate stylish bedroom is available. Equipped with a king-size bed, wardrobe and dressing table.

The apartment enjoys a central yet quiet location with ideal connections to sports activities and entertainment:

- 7/11 supermarket open 24 hours a day, located just across the street
- The first Thai restaurant is just a 1-minute walk away
- One of Thailand's most beautiful temples is just a 4-minute walk away
- The public beach is a 5-minute walk away
- It takes 8 minutes to walk to a beautiful beach club
- a Muay Thai school is just 10 minutes away on foot
- and for sports enthusiasts, a padel club is not far away

Tips for scooter drivers:
By scooter, you can reach lively Chaweng, the center for shopping and partying, in just 10 minutes.

Taxi/grave:
The Eliza Samui apartment is just 800 meters from the pier and 1,200 meters from the airport.

The resort is a purely owner-owned complex and is therefore very well maintained. Here you will find a large communal pool with mini children's pool and a small fitness center.

The resort is close to the airport and the pier. The apartment is no more than 2000 meters from the beach and can be reached on foot. Otherwise, it is possible to explore everything further with a rented scooter/car or bus taxi. Just ask me :-)

Electricity and water consumption are charged separately and are read on the meter. We charge 8 baht/kW electricity and 10 baht/night per person for water consumption

* About electricity consumption: Some guests make very little use of the air conditioner, while others enjoy the AC most of the time. All air conditioners are energy-efficient inverter models from Mitsubishi.

The following is an estimate of expected electricity costs based on previous experience:
> > Rarely use air conditioning. Dehumidifier (dry mode) and LED lights only: approx. 5-10THB per day.
> > Climate only used in bedrooms in the evening and at night, at 25° C: 10-20 THB per day.
> > Love air conditioning and use it regularly: 40+THB per day.
