Prachtige luxe 3 slaapkamer villa met uitzicht op de oceaan en prive zwembad

Dit rustige get-away heeft drie ruime slaapkamers, allemaal met eigen badkamer, kingsize bedden en een prachtig uitzicht over de oceaan.
De royale slaapkamer heeft voor hem en haar kasten, airconditioning, tv, dvd-speler en een eigen terras met uitzicht op de oceaan om rustig te ontspannen of genieten van de spectaculaire zonsondergang. De master-suite badkamer heeft een bad, inloopdouche, voor hem en haar wastafels en een groot raam met uitzicht op het gebied weelderig groen.
Deze luxe en comfortabele villa is versierd met moderne meubels en stoffering. De lounge bevindt zich een 42 inch flatscreen-plasma-tv, samen met een dvd-speler, terwijl WiFi-verbinding kan worden gevonden en geprofiteerd door het hele huis en balkon gebieden.
Gelegen op de eerste verdieping is een volledig functionele keuken met kookeiland, koelkast / vriezer, magnetron, oven en keramische kookplaat.
Het buitenzwembad met een ruim zwembad dek is de perfecte plek om af te koelen na een dag van het eiland verkennen.


Ko Samui is een eiland vol avontuur en schoonheid, met veel activiteiten, zowel op het land en in de zee. Er is iets voor iedereen - van een ontspannende yogales op een avontuurlijke olifant tocht naar een adembenemende duik in een aantal van de meest ongerepte wateren in de wereld. U kunt gewoon ontspannen in de villa of eruit te komen en een van de vele activiteiten rond het eiland.

Das perfekte Haus zum erholen. Wahnsinns Ausblick über den Dschungel bis zum Meer, absolute Ruhe. Wir hatten noch nie so einen erholsamen Urlaub. Der Service in der Anlage unglaublich. Uns ist der Wassertank ausgegangen und 5 Minuten nach dem Anruf waren die Service Leute da. Der Reinigungs-Personal kam , wie angekündigt, auf die Minute pünktlich. Inzwischen wünsch man sich in Deutschland so einen professionellen Dienstleister. Es war für uns der perfekte Urlaub. Und wir kommen dieses Jahr wieder . Liebe Grüße an den Vermieter und an den Service Personal.

Excellent Spacious Property

As a family of 6 (and a half)... we stayed in villa Pai Chon the week before Christmas 2019. As my Son and Wife had the half person (baby of 8 months) to contend with, we let them have the master downstairs bedroom, which they thought was large, well equipped and comfortable... though like one or two others have said, they would have preferred the "loo" to have been within their bathroom. Nanny and Granddad (us) had the upstairs bedroom with en suite, and the two older grandchildren shared the downstairs en suite (where Au was very helpful by moving the sofa bed into it from the lounge). We were all comfortable. The whole villa is very well equipped in every respect.... lounge has large screen tv system, and comfortable seating, kitchen has most everything you need, and the bedrooms have plenty of hanging space and good aircon. The views might not be quite as good nowadays as the forest greenery has really grown up, but you can still see the sea clearly from the upstairs balcony. The infinity pool is small but lovely and refreshing, and the grandchildren really enjoyed it (though I did have to quieten them down at times, because the residential neighbours are closer than we thought, and we tried not to disturb them too much). In the week we were there, we had thorough cleaning twice, and the pool man seemed to come in every day. Also, when we had water pressure issues with the upstairs shower - along with a couple of other small issues - Au resolved things very quickly, so we were never having to live with anything sub-standard. Even prior to the visit, Arjan made sure to keep us well informed of everything - and even though we arranged our own car hire from airport, it was good to know that he could arrange transfers, and local car hire if you needed it. Overall, a lovely property that was very suitable for our tribe for the week. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 weeks in this beautiful villa in a stunning location. The villa is exactly as it appears on the photos. It was clean, spacious and well equipped. Au, the property manager was super helpful, friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. Staying in this place definitely made our holiday more enjoyable

Great house with a fantastic view

We stayed at the villa Pai Chon for 2 weeks in January 2017 and loved it! The house is very spacious, tastefully decorated and we felt at home right from the start. It is very quiet and peaceful and the only noise you hear is from the birds in the trees. From the upstairs terrace you have a fantastic view overlooking the sea and some islands. A lovely beach and many nice and inexpensive restaurants are located near by - just a five minute ride down the hill. The kitchen is very well equipped so that if you prefer you can also prepare your own meals. It takes about 20 minutes to get to a big supermarket where you have a good selection of European and Thai foods.

Superb Villa with great views

We are a family of 4 adults who stayed for a week In September 2016 at this villa. The owner, Arjan, was very helpful during the booking process, answering questions quickly and fully. We weren't going to arrive until after 10pm but this wasn't a problem. A driver was at the airport to meet us, arranged as part of the rental, and we had provided a shopping list beforehand and all of our provisions were in the fridge on our arrival. The villa is beautiful with good quality furniture, fittings and accessories making it feel like a home rather than a holiday let. The photographs on the website don't do it justice. There is a wonderful sea view from the master bedroom and from the upper floor balcony. At any time of the day the view is beautiful but the sunsets had us reaching for our cameras every single day. Each of the bedrooms have king size beds and en-suite bathrooms and are very spacious, all with a view of the pool. The en-suite bathroom of the master bedroom has a fabulous bath but what we didn't realise is that it doesn't include a toilet. You need to use the toilet along the corridor which also serves the ground floor. It wasn't a problem but it we would have preferred to have had just one washbasin rather than two and have a toilet instead. The pool is a decent size and the addition of the waterfall feature is lovely. It was immaculately clean and the pool man and gardener appeared very regularly to keep the property in a beautiful condition. The villa manager Au organised for us to have a chef one evening and the food was delicious. However she told us the price per hour and how long the cooking and shopping would take but she didn't mention that 2 ladies would be coming. The meal was fantastic and was a nice experience but it was far more expensive than we expected. Au was very helpful during our holiday but I was disappointed that when we asked her about arranging a trip to the Ang Thong National Marine Park she was using an operator who had the most appalling reviews on Trip Advisor. Ordinarily I would have just trusted the recommendation of the villa manager but having seen that one operator had such an appalling record I decided to check first and I'm very glad that I did. The villa is set high up on a steep hillside and a car is essential. Overall we had a wonderful holiday and would definitely recommend this villa but note that the open staircase is not suitable for young children.

our notre séjour

Très belle maison confortable et agréable à vivre. Pour avoir 5 étoiles il aurait fallu les machines à laver.... Petit point également le personnel local n'avait pas les bonnes dates de notre séjour, en effet nous sommes restés une semaine et le personnel pensait que nous restions 10 jours! Sûrement à améliorer la coordination. Sinon le personnel local est très efficace et très gentil, ce fut très agréable.

Beautiful villa, excellent staff on site, close to Bang Por beach and many good restaurants.

My daughter and I staying is this beautiful villa for 10 days 25 February - 6 March 2016. Communication with the owner and the management company was excellent before and during our visit. We had all the support we needed from Coconut Hills Management and their staff. Our stay on Koh Samui was most enjoyable. On-site security was excellent and we two ladies felt safe and secure at all times. The local manager Aus was on hand to greet us on arrival; she is a charming lady and a credit to the management company. The pool man was discrete and did not disturb us when he came to clean the pool around 8 o'clock every other day; the pool was immaculate due to his diligent attention. The villa itself was delightful and very well equipped. The villa was clean and beautifully set up for our arrival with elegant décor; very comfortable beds and air-con for night time. The view over the infinity pool was a joy to behold, and the sounds of the jungle birds provided a very pleasant sound track to our holiday. We hired a car and found this was not a luxury as there was a lot to see on the island; from temples to special restaurants and quiet deserted beaches. We used the car every afternoon and most evenings as there were street markets to enjoy at Fisherman's Wharf and Maenam village - good stalls selling excellent street food and Thai crafts - lots of atmosphere and great for cocktails watching the sunset over Fisherman's Wharf. There is a very clean quiet beach only 1.25 kilometres from the villa at Bang Por beach; views from the beach out to sea & along the coast are stunning. We also found very good massage shops close to the villa and we are happy to recommend the "relaxing oil massage” and foot massages available everywhere. The traditional Thai "dry" massage is not for the faint hearted - and anyone who feels unable to bend as much as they once could - perhaps stick with the oil massage which is less forceful. Those petite massage ladies look quite frail - but they have fingers of steel, and they are merciless when they find a knot in your back, shoulders or neck. After a week of daily massages I could bend to touch my toes without any aches or stiffness and my neck, hip, knee and ankle joints are more flexible than before. We found the local Koh Samui people to be charming and helpful; they made us feel like honoured guests in their country. All in all we had a marvellous holiday - thank you so much to all concerned.

Idyllic getaway.

An idyllic place for a relaxing holiday in very comfortable surroundings. Before arriving, Arjan and Emma were extremely helpful with all the questions we had and this service continued throughout our stay. Au, the local manager was equally helpful, friendly and responsive. The villa is impressive and well kitted out. We couldn't have wanted more for a totally relaxing getaway. Definitely hire a car, although Au put us in touch with a driver who took us places and collected us later, all for a very reasonable fee agreed in advance. An ideal spot to make the most of Bophut and Chaweng.
