This place was only okay. There were windows in the bathroom, lavatory, and shower that were low set with no ability to cover them and a clear view from the outside in. The area was under construction which was not disclosed prior to arriving. The private pool was not filtering so it was just standing water (it looked like some of the other guests’ pools worked, though). We were roomed in an adjoining suite that we did not have access to or key for and found out on the second day that it had been left completely unlocked by the staff (we could not lock it ourselves because it was a deadbolt). The area around the hotel did not match the pictures in the listing. The staff was nice which was their best quality. Overall it’s not the worst but definitely not what we were expecting.

Do not stay here!!!! Go on google and look at all guests photos EVERY SINGLE ONE is what I arrived to and sadly all other guests too! It’s Dirty and unkept! Do not waste your money! this was suppose to be my honeymoon and I haven’t been refunded and the hotel won’t do anything.. I’ve had to pay for another villa just to get out of there .. after everything we faced No apology from staff… they wasn’t even slightly embarrassed at the condition of this place..: this is what we was expected to stay in!!!! ▪️urine round the toilet from previous guest ▪️ unwashed cups as lipstick was still on cups from the previous guest ▪️dirty floors unwashed unclean again stains from previous guest, sand all over the floor.. ▪️dirty bedsheets ▪️leaking fridge ▪️unfiltered swimming pool .. YUK! ▪️no privacy or security of the room as the doors don’t lock ▪️dirty sofas full of stains so bad we didn’t want to even sit on them ▪️dirty mirrors and windows on doors … thick with dust and smears that you could barely see through them! ▪️unkept and not clean decking area ▪️dangerous amenities had to boil kettle on the floor that leaked dangerous boiling water ▪️room right next to bar with no seclusion not private at all which isn’t stated!! Awful place! Awful staff

Lovely place to stay with Lamai restaurants and night life just a 5min walk away. The resort doesnt have its own sunbeds on the beach which is the only minor negative comment.

Das Personal war super freundlich. Sie helfen bei allen Anliegen und versuchen den Aufenthalt bestmöglich zu gestalten. Es gibt viele Angebote für Ausflüge, Transfer, Unternehmungen worum sich das Personal kümmert. Auch die Möglichkeit einen Roller zu mieten klappt prima. Es ist alles fußläufig erreichbar (Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Clubs, Bars). Das Frühstück ist leider weniger gut, es gibt wenig Auswahl und es wird nicht oft aufgefüllt. Die Bar am Pool ist gut. Die Pools werden zwar jeden Tag „sauber“ gehalten, sind aber dennoch sehr trüb. Das Bad war leider sehr dreckig und in keinem guten Zustand. Die Klimaanlage lief einwandfrei.

Staff were incredibly helpful and always cheerful. Especially Bryan. Villa we had was perfect, garden view and secluded. Bar food was always good, drinks not overpriced, pool never overcrowded. Will be rebooking for next year.

Väldigt smutsigt i hela villan. Luktade illa runtom anläggningen eftersom en smutsig å går precis utanför hotellet. Väldigt mycket insekter i rummet redan vid incheckning, både levande och döda. Hade bokat 4 nätter men checkade ut 3 timmar efter ankomst, fick ett ”okay” som svar. Personalen runtom baren var väldigt trevliga.

スタッフがとても優しく親切でした。 対応がよかったです。 プライベートプールが木の実や葉っぱでよごれて それを毎日掃除してくれたり、質問に対する対応が丁寧でした。 友達の誕生日パーティーをした時も、 協力してくれて、楽しいパーティになりました。 ありがとう 朝食のメニューがもう少し温かいものだと 嬉しかった 排水溝の流れが悪いのと、お湯から水によくなったのでシャワーが不満だった。 ベットメーキングも綺麗で、タオルで象や鳥を作って喜ばせてくれた。 海も近いし、隣の海の音聞きながらタイマッサージも近いので、ここはおすすめです

Great hotel amazing staff
What can I say about this place, the staff are delightful and so helpful, nothing is a problem the manager Alon reception staff Toi and Ann where an absolute delight and everybody always happy always smiling, my villa (villa 1) was perfect the view out to the beach and sea was beautiful and the room spotless and well maintained, if there was any tiny problems the staff quickly rectified it, and smiled and apologized for the trouble, the Zara’s location is brilliant 60 feet to the beach 300 meters to the food market and just a short stroll in to lanai, and Covid finishes your right in the door step for the excellent Sunday night market, thank you so much Zara beach ❤️

Not good experience
We were staying in beach view villa with pool. There was beech behind small river and small "park" not well kept, so beech view was not very good, almost non existing. Buildings are very old and requires renovation. First villa they gave us was very dark and uncomfortable. Chair and sofa did not look very good, shelf below TV looked that it might drop down. We got a bit better beech view pool villa. Also that was uncomfortable, pool had lot of dead insects and it was not properly cleaned while we stayed, so we could not use it. Villa was cleaned on middle of each room, but corners were having lot of black dirt. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

apart from the villas the resort is nothing like the photos on most of the online sites, there is no sea view due to on-going building works, there is no spa retreat only a massage in your own room, there is no beachside restaurant this is now a communal gym all of which disappointed us on our arrival as we expected what we had seen as advertised

・早朝着、夜発の便のため、アーリーチェックイン、レイトチェックアウトに柔軟に対応いただき大変助かりました。 ・部屋は広くて快適です。アメニティも収納も十分でした。プール清掃用の網が部屋にあるので、葉っぱ等の汚れは自分で清掃でき、便利でした。 ・日曜ナイトマーケットのほか、近所の屋台街、市場、コンビニ、大型スーパー、レストランなどに徒歩10分以内で行けるので、本当に便利です。待ち歩きにトイレの心配をせずにすみます。 ・ホテル内のイルミネーションは、写真で見るよりはるかに素敵でした。

Super schöne kleine Anlage am Lamai Beach
Sehr schöne kleine Anlage am Strand.Sehr geräumige Villen mit getrennten Wohn-und Schlafzimmer.Super Betten,kleiner Pool.Kleinere Mängel vorhanden (Ablagen am Waschbecken abhanden gekommen,Fenster in Toilette und Dusche einsehbar)aber zur Zeit werden die Villen renoviert ,leider auch eine Baustelle gleich neben dem Hotel.Trotz alle dem ein super toller Aufenthalt,sehr nettes und freundliches Personal.Welches an meinem Geburtstag mit einem Ständchen und Torte vor unserer Tür stand und uns zu einer Geburtstagsparty eingeladen hatten(der Sohn des Hotelchefs hatte auch Geburtstag)Ein unvergesslicher Abend mit kostenlosen Cocktails und Tapas.Nochmals ganz lieben Dank dafür.Frühstücksauswahl ungewöhnlich(ein bisschen Obst oder Jogurt wäre schön gewesen) ,aber völlig ausreichend und jeden Tag auf der eigenen Terrasse serviert bekommen.Abends ist die Anlage wunderschön beleuchtet.Einkauf-Restaurants und Massagen super zu Fuß zu erreichen.Würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

Great family holiday
We were a bit worried about what to expect after reading other reviews but we shouldn’t have. Our accommodation (2 bed villa with pool) was fantastic, loads of space and perfect for a family. It was cleaned every day and the pool was cleaned every other day. The communal areas were well kept too and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. Breakfast became a little repetitive as the choices were limited but it wasn’t a problem.
