The Space:
Upon arrival, you can drive straight in through the secured garage gate. A private parking space is available on the driveway, allowing your holiday to start stress-free without searching for a spot.

The bright living room with large sliding windows offers direct access to the dune-style terrace. There is a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed for 2 people. The open kitchen is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals. From the living room and kitchen, you can step directly onto the terrace to enjoy the sun in the loungers or a pleasant aperitif at the table.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. On arrival, the beds are made up with quality bed linen.

The bathroom is equipped with a sink and spacious walk-in shower. Towels are also provided. A separate toilet is available in the hallway.

In addition, there is a storage room with a washer-dryer combination, free for guests to use.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the apartment and its facilities.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:
If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of € 500. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.

LINEN:
Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
