Negatief: Netheid, personeel en service, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
well the room was ok , the ac wasn't working properly, the bathroom was not private , accessories for personal bathroom use wasn't there and the bathroom was not so clean , the amenities I was told to get it wasn't actually there and the experience before check in was horrible as I had to wait for so long to get in my room while I was fully paid properly

We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused, All our AC are brand new and less than a year OLD, we will check this maybe you were not well acquainted with the remote. We have two type of room which we already mentioned in Economic room is not attached with a private bath room. Coming to amenity what is missed please give a clear picture so that we will work on that. If you are checked in after checking in time we need to check and for before checked in time depends on the availability of the room.
