'Great location and complex and beautiful grounds. The AC was wonderful and it did feel homey. But the toilet seat falls off every time you sit on it and is pretty dangerous also the bathroom fan makes the scariest noise I’ve ever heard like an angry elephant. Easy fixes to make for a better experience'

'We love Pili Mai. The complex is beautiful, and the unit is exactly as pictured. Well laid out and comfortable for our family of four. We love the patio to sit outside and have our breakfast. The unit is well equipped with everything we would need for cooking, laundry, beach day, etc. We loved not having to worry about buying and snorkel equipment, boogie boards, chairs or umbrellas. It was very nice to be able to text someone and get an answer right away about anything in the unit.'

'We enjoyed our stay in Kauai at the Kiahuna Plantation Resort. The room was nice and clean and the AC was crucial. The Kiahuna beach was very nice and the amenities onsite were good. We could partially see the ocean from our room but we could not hear it. We did not use the swimming pool or gym facilities because they were a bit of a walk across the street but the nieghborhood was really great. The lanai was awesome but the AC outlet is on the lanai with you and was exhausting hot air pulled out...

'Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. One thing to be aware of before booking is that this condo does not have air conditioning. That was my oversight when booking, but I didn’t realize the evenings would get warm enough to make sleeping uncomfortable. Because the unit is on the ground floor, we also weren’t comfortable leaving the windows and doors open overnight. The location is excellent.
